They got promised Wicked Creek, which IS KoS old new home. So he wasn't that wrong. They are maybe currently more in Curse, because they lived there for a long time. Emo stuff.
And well, I think I know a bit about Section XIII, because I knew them already, when they where 5-friendly in Curse and have met them almost every single day, until they went-up north. 
But the question that still bugs me for over a year is, how it happened, that [5] and Section XIII shot eachother from one day to the other. I was told then that Section XIII has attacked M-Corp on a mining ops. I still don't know if that was just some strange insider joke, because nobody wanted to talk about it, or if it was true. Maybe time to enlighten me now after over a year.

Really, if you think of it, you can like blame Stain Empire, or MASS, for letting the RUSSIANS live in the area after the destruction of Curse Alliance. Yes, MASS, on the behalf of Stain Empire, decided to NAP the poor RUSSIANS.

You really don't know a history of russians (Xenobytes) in Stain Empire... They were foughts vs Curse Alliance and Russian Team (russian part of CA), then in Stain Empire official war against Red Alliance. You must to divide "russians" and "russians" in such matters

Blame for what ? mass and atuk were unable to kill russians, don`t matter how they want it. Napping ruteam was wise descision. When russians have no targets - they are starting to seek targets within own alliance.

Good Luck MC and I like the banner. Only touch I'd add might have been an inset with Hugh and Seleene driving a car with a spattered Bee across the windshield. The Swarm may soon meet the "windshield of destiny".
FYI - TYC have left V for management reasons but haven't left the RAGOON fight. We can still be found, or maybe not  , in local GOON systems having fun with the goonies. To the GOONs who know us <Salute>.
We'll need to organize standings with MC as we'll be shooting the same target in the same areas.
IAC - give it a rest will ya. Reason #3 should say - IAC never managed to do any real damage to TYC in a one sided 6 month campaign and is still whining about it.
