How do u do 1012dps with only 2 dmg mods
I know I ain't max'd my skills but im only missing 3% 2% dmg and 4% rate of fire, even overlaoded with faction ammo I can't break 1K with 3 T2 dmg mods >:-E3 /join Cheeze & Whine Club

7 t2 neutrons
usual best named mids but with t2 24k disrupter
eanm 2 exp hardner 2 thermal harner 2 dmg control 2 greaves med rep dark blood med rep
1 exp rig 1 powergrid rig
you can actually fit this with a t2 med rep instead of the db but i like having a better tank

1 repair amount and 1 powergrid rig
and go sit in middle of FFA3 with plenty of 800's :)

Lower DPS but your tank is a monster.
Just took on a T2 fitted Hyperion (4 Large Electron IIs,4 Large Ion IIs, Dual rep tank) with this fit.
Basically it came down to who had more cap boosters. I would've won if I wasn't a nub and overstocked on ammo. Coulda fit in two extra 800's...so dissapointing.

Well this really isn't a PvP setup per say. I use it as a second dps ship for missions once the main ship has full agro. It may work so so for small gang work.

For those wanting to try out a Ion Blaster Astarte I can confirm it works very very well. There is one thing I'd like to tweak with time. I only have AWU 3 at this time, with AWU V I am certain I can remove a EANM II and fit another MAR II.
7 x Heavy Ion Blaster II w/ Void or Null M - 1 x Y-T8 overcharged hydrocarbon MWD 1 x Fleeting Propulsion webby 1 x Fleeting warp scrambler 1 x Medium Elechtrochemical Cap injector/400 - 2 x Magnetic Field Stab II 2 x EANM II 1 x MAR II 1 x Armor Explosive Hardener II - 1 x Hybrid Burst Aerator 1 x Collision Accelerator - 2 x Hammerhead II 3 x Vespa EC-600
While I am certain most will argue about the range issue between the Ion's and the Neutron's you will be happy to find that the quality of hits with the Ion's are vastly superior.

I'm assuming that you are using the faction repper to save on grid. If you have AWU IV you will need to go that route or alternatively get a 3% grid implant which is the way I went.
Also make sure you get the rep amount rig, not the rep duration rig.

That is just a very poor waste of a good expensive ship. You have a webber AND 2 tracking computers/matasissis adjuster...what after you web them u still need uber good tracking? How fast do they go in those missions 6km/s?! You don't even have a MAR. And I'm not even gonna touch the Overdrive IS.

I'd fit a Damage Control II in place of that third EANM II... should give you better resists on armor after the stacking penalties on the EANMs and the shield resists and hull resists are not unwanted. DC II actually gives you about 9k more effective hp just on your hull (and it is in fact better than t2 EANM even with maxed compensation skills). __________________________________

skill your AWU up to at least lvl 4, you should be able to fit the 7th neutron and second repper with it...mixing guns is the biggest mistake you can make

LoL, EFT warriors don't fit an mwd on a blasters ship because you don't "break 1km/sec". Maybe you should actually try flying the ship first. --------------------------

Rigs: 2x Nano Pumps
Expensive but, it's not like you're going to be solo'ing one of these into a big fight...heh.

Primarilly used for Serp / Gurt missions. If anything else swap membranes for damage specific T2 Hardners. Gives 91%+ resis to Therm and Kin, or tanked for everything gives 84%, 84%, 80%, 84%. With my skills gives 11.4 damage mod and 3sec RoF so it kills things quick and can tank alot.... Bit slow though 
Oh and highest un-tanked wrecking hit so far is 892.00  Risen |

Here is a nice setup for solo LvL4 I use (almost) the same fitting. (some faction items are used by me)
The cap runes out after 5 minutes if both the reppers are running and all guns are firing full time.

I currently use the following setup:
7x Ion T2 1x MWD, 1x Disrupter, 1x Webber, 1x Cap Booster(800) 2x Medium T2 reppers, 1x T2 EANM, 1x T2 Exp hardener and 2x T2 Magstabs.
And ofcourse 2 rep amount rigs.
Works just fine

for lvl4 i used to fly with this fitting:
high: 5x 250mm rail T2 and 1x Dread Guristas 250mm Railgun (for a larger range spectrum) (wanted to optimise the range thingy, but I`ve moved to 0.0)
med: 1x Domination Stasis webifier 1X Trac. computer II 2x cap recharger II
low: 1x Corpum A-type medium armor repper 1x med repper II 2x magnetic field stab II 1x N-type expl. hard. I 1x energized adap. nano membrane II
rig: 1x hybrid collision accelerator I 1x cap. control circuit II
In lvl4 the ship would be fine (better with a CNR for the long distance)
Now in 0.0 I`m using this ship for a ratting platform: changed the guns for Neuts / Ion`s, a trac. beam and salvage mods. (I know, shame on my Astarte, but I dont need an alt anymore more for salvaging )

Well with my skills (damn good imho) I use:
7 x Neutron II's
3 x cap recharger II's + 10MN Afterburner II
3 x EANM II's,2 x Reactive membrane II's, Med Repper II
Cap Recharge Rig I + Explosive Res Rig.
Im 6 days from Armoured Warfare Links, so i ll be dropping a cap recharge to help my buddies in battle 
I also have implants with boost to repper speed, weapon cap usage and damage mind you...
Gives me 5k+ armour hp, repper does 440 hp every 9.4 secs, and resistances of:
70% EM 86% EXP 88% KIN 85% THERM
I think thats a very viable tank and exremely good tank ship - havent run the numbers on dps, u i imagine its quite evil

woops!! forgot my pvp setup, which is exactly the same, but drop 1 or 2 the rechargers for a web n scram..t2 ofc
Mind you i really dont think this ship should be without a tackler, its not that hard to grab an alliance/corpmate and go hold a ship in place...
