Very nice tool!
I'd just like some more imports, and a way to make the synchronising a bit more sensible.
Without a dedicated master-server it will be very hard to prevent synchronising some data twice though.

BTW as a suggestion, maybe add a centralized feed config. I.e. a when a new board launches it has the option to register itself as being public, then gets added to the config and that config is automaticly parsed with all requesting boards.

this will prob. a major addon in the v1.6.
playground: you run the feed-admin for the first time, it will ask you to reg. your board with the central server. it sends a request to the server giving the kb-feed url and the KB_SITE description. then it asks you want to see a feed-list of all regged. feeds sorted by alliance and corp, then lets you select the ones you want. maybe a counter with every feed showing how many ppl fetch from the board so stats could be generated aka. most fetched board or something..

1. if my corp is in an alliance and i run a killboard for our corp, how can i make this thing grab kills from the alliance's kb where corp mates of mine were involved in the killing?

What a great idea! That's excellent work. Mods, definitely sticky this :)
I admit I didn't read through the whole thread so I don't know if someone already suggested this...
I noticed a post about increased load on the killboards. Great suggestion, by the way.
If people were willing to put up with the delay, how about setting updates on a timer instead of real-time? Maybe every few hours check linked killboards for database updates and download new killmails as necessary? Once a day, even; perhaps during off-peak hours when the killboards are generally inactive?

1. just add your alliance's killboard to the feed list and check the 'friends' box
2. yeah, the feed is compatible but the 'friends' feature i mentioned above is just available since v1.5 so go and update both, your corp kb AND your alli kb to v1.5
