It is with great honor that I announce the union of Kaleigh Ann Doyle and Revan Neferis, Thrice-Illustrious Sovereign of Bloodveil. The couple will be joined under both Gallentean tradition and Bloodveil ritual ceremonies at Chateau de Cramoisi and Bloodveil Temple respectively. Time and location details will be transmitted by private invitation only to esteemed guests, and under no circumstances will disruption be permitted.
The sacred bond of matrimony is the highest dedication of devotion between two souls. May these two spirits find peace and with this union the seals of love will adhere everlasting.

Exactly why? It's not like this "wedding" is destroying anyones virtue now is it? It would have been a different thing if she had seduced some young man (or woman) of a good Amarr family, but Kaleigh Doyle is Gallente and the Verisum family name can hardly get any more tainted what ever she does.

I guess "love" has made you really blind Kaleigh. Or wasn't it just yesterday that you were berating PIE for "destroy[ing] neutral shipping within Empire space" and "vicious warmongering"? Those are both things that your "true love" is well known for doing. I'm also pretty sure you've talked about how terrible slavery was in the past too, and now you're marrying someone who not only uses slaves for labor, but strings them up in her blood larder too.
There's an old Ni-Kunni saying, Kaleigh. "A man with two mouths will eventually die of thirst." Though your recent decisions don't give me much hope that you'll think about that and realize what it means, I'll pray that you do.

Yoshito, I'm not marrying the thrice-Illustrious Sovreign of Bloodveil, or the slaver, warmonger, or whatever other negative public image you can attribute to my future partner. I'm also not marrying her for her status, religious background, or finanical backing either as I have plenty of my own and I'm quite comfortable. No, I love the woman behind all that and above all else this bond endures. My true friends understand the meaning behind this and support my decision even if it may have come to some surprise.
My apologies for the abruptness of this announcement. Hopefully we'll see many of the well wishers at the celebrations in the near future.
