If half the energy was expended in game by the alliance that you do on this forum you might be more of a force and less of an interesting sideshow. Still it will be interesting to see what Privateers alliance becomes once the trainer wheels come off, coz surely we are not looking at the limit of your imagination right now.

Flying a T1 hauler around DURING WAR TIME for you guys to kill is a mistake yes, but its a mistake even week-old newbies normally know not to make. They may not have a high kill/death ratio, but as long as their enjoying themselves that's all that really matters. The interesting thing is, since they target 0.0 alliances they're attacking people who should be out there not in Empire. I can say that ISS as an example now have far fewer hauler losses in Empire ever since Privateers started up; I guess they finally figured out that they're better off using alts for hauling in empire! Keep enjoying the game Privateers!

The stories of freighter kills are not 'recycled'. In fact this is the first thread our FIFTH FREIGHTER KILL (and one ransom) has been announced. It is new information. If they have been mentioned in the past it is normally because some maliscious alliance propogandist normaly pipes in with "yeah right - i dont believe people fly haulers in war through empire, coz like - theres alts ok" or some other garbage. A lot of people join the privatters to kill haulers and freighters for profit. This is a fact. And i cannot let alliance smears go unanswered. YES PEOPLE REALLY DO FLY FREIGHTERS AND HAULERS AND MINING SHIPS TYHORUGH EMPIRE IN A WAR. Many many of them. An average of 3 freighters a month + uncountable haulers. If i ever repeat this is usually in repsonse to some comment further up the thread. An as for the limits of our imagination. This corp has gone from a spark of an idea , when our UBER rich founder Infinity Ziona started the corp paying for the maximum three wars at the same time as a means to enable all pilots, regardless of age, expertise, or previous work history to enjoy empire pvp. When Infinity had to retire from the game for a while, many foretold the end of our corp. But no - in fact we gained enough money to keep the three wars going. Soon we evolved into an alliance to overcome the maximum war declimit and allow other corps to join us whole and we now have TWENTY SIMULTANIOUS WARS GOING. We have evolved new funding methods and still have no Isk worries. As we grow more pilots will find themselves in our sights. This is for a three month old corp. one month old alliance. Intelligence shines through - brightening this thread. I will say that our kill/death ratio is variable. Against d2 alliance (solid pvpers though some of them let the side down by not posting killmails on their own vaunted killboard) we ended up pipping them slighty with 51 % in our favour. Against MWA we are soundly thrashing them 85% in our favour. The ISS navy gave us a good whopping when they finally showed up but many of our pilots had already gourged on loot. I have not located the other alliances killboards to check - im sure some are doing well and soem are not. Its only of a passing concern to our pilots - a nice little stastic to watch. Like you say we are playing for enjoyment - not for some bull**** alliance loyalty - or following commands from the fat man in his y-fronts sweating orders into his microphone. <SIG>
