Is it possible to use one profile for multiple accounts? If so, I am having trouble with this. For example:
I have 5 accounts. On the main account, I position the windows/set the shortcuts how I want. I quit the game on the main account and restarted the launcher. I then selected the profile for the other accounts and when I log in with them everything is set to default.
Edit: The main account retains the settings, the other accounts are default when they open.

profiles in launcher are for client only .. setting up multiple characters to use the same layout needs some handy work last i checked .. long version -set up the main toon layouts -log off - go to "C:\Users\JAAN\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_eve_launcher_sharedcache_tq_tranquility\setting_PROFILE NAME" - or similar path to your eve profiles ... - sort the files by modified date and make copyes of the 2 newest "core_char_1234567890" and "core_user_1234567890" files (numbers in the end point to your char and account id-s ( - rename the new copyes with the end of the other account and character id-s
and enjoy ..
if u try it first time make a safe copy of the profile folder just incase ofc ..
on another note .. didint knew there is a automated verifying for th e shared cache .. and in some random moment .. sat down and saw this running .. ofc unable th log in any accounts in the meanwhile ... http://screencast.com/t/keJNYIU4

Opening the launcher for the 1st time today, it started what looked like a patch download. Then a window popped up notifying me the cache was being reviewed. Upon completing this review and finding no corrupted files, the window hung with a "not responding" message. I waited about 5 minutes, then the launcher window went white.
I killed the launcher process via task manager after waiting another couple of minutes for the non-responsive launcher. Restarting the launcher produced the same cache review pop-up window. Cancelling it caused the launcher to hang.
Third try produced no pop-up window, and the launcher seems ok.
I've also filed a bug report.

Edit: Launcher: 1018996 GUI: 1.910
Launcher is opening with a white screen and "Checking GUI version..." in the top left, and doesn't proceed from there. Doesn't seem to be crashing and can be closed normally.
Upon verifying integrity of cache, 3 files are updated and the launcher loads normally- except "Please Wait" at the play button, and "Index not available 0.0%" at the status bar. Waiting for long enough will open a prompt asking for permission to apply an update, which is granted, and then the launcher will restart and we're back at "Checking GUI version..." eternally.
Have rebooted PC, cleared cache, verified integrity multiple times (some times it report no issues, other times it finds 3 files missing). Just started happening about half an hour ago, was working fine before that.

3rd or 4th time already if i am in need to send them again
This happened to me more than 15 times at least. If i work the numbers, based in how much times per week i play and in how much of them i need to add these accounts, this new launcher do not have a feature of multiple clients being running in one click to me.

Hey there,
can you reproduce this issue? If so, it would be great to know how you did it. I suspect one thing, which is happening because on how linked accounts is designed in the launcher. When you login to an account, and link another account to it, then you must login to the first account in order to get the linked list back. For example:
If you login to account A, and then you link account B, then account B is linked to account A. If you login to account A, then you will see account A and B in the list. However, if you login to account B, then you won't see account A. Account A maintains the linked list, because the linked list is stored on the first account that you login to.
This was originally done because we wanted people to be able to maintain many linked lists. But I'm going to discuss this with the launcher team and see if we can do this differently, in a way that's less confusing. E.g. allowing users to define account groups themselves, and selecting which group to use when opening the launcher.

I tried the launcher yesterday, i like that "login more acc at the same time". I installed it without issues.
BUT, when i logged in i found that all my window settings, UI were reset to default. Web browser booksmarks were missing.
Fortunately for me, old launcher still works. Is there a way to fix that issue, or i must set all up manually, AGAIN? Because, nope. |

i recently updated to the new laucher, and the launcher itself works flawless. i like that i can copy settings and stuff.
however, i have one problem since i upgraded to the new launcher:
i can not bypass it anymore by lauchning the exefile.exe directly, and this means, i cant use my shader injectors anymore to apply graphical effects like resharpen and colour correction. |

I purchased the game a long time ago through Steam and I am having a problem with the new launcher. It appears that for some reason it does not remember my non-steam accounts despite the fact I am setting it to remember. When I restart the client, only my Steam account is present. Are you aware of a way around this or am I stuck with it?

nice, thank you! using this directory as target for the reshader makes it work even if i launch the game thorugh the launcher \o/ |

Three times today my computer has frozen in under an hour. I am now unable to play the game. I have to wait for a 6GB plus upgrade. I work in Uzbekistan , a country with terrible internet access. If I am really lucky this will down load in about a week. Unfortunately I had just spent in excess of 600 million ISK's so I could purchase a skill implant to allow me to access the skills I needed to use my Retriever.
I can now no longer access the game and can't use the Retriever. |

Reinput all accounts again last night. Opened launcher today only two there. Is there any way we can save/export our logins so they can be imported? I know the number of us with massive numbers of accounts is likely in the minority but this is wasting hours of time.

Dear CCP,
I've added the new launcher and have followed the instructions to move the information from left to right when launching the new client. However I have found that my old Notes in the Notes tab in the old client didn't transfer, nor did the browser pages, nor did the Overview settings. Is there a way to correct this? Thank you. |

I seen this has been brought up before with no clear "fix" unless I missed it. I am finding that my "Account List" keeps deleting itself, usually in part, sometimes in whole. When it does it in whole, then after I add one account the rest will magically appear, but when only some of them go away then they never tend to come back.
