Is it right For CCP to Ban who they chose? With no Evidence?

It is considered a valid style to write in the stream of consciousness manner, ala James Joyce. However, a smashed together diatribe of poor penmanship brings only derision to your cause. You must understand this simple fact if you are to present a written argument. Now, on to your argument, or at least what I can parse out of ità. How? Pray tell, did the folks at CCP find out about your real life friends and their association with the forbidden behavior? I doubt they tapped phone lines or teamspeak/vent servers. I doubt they listened in whilst sitting at the next table at the coffee shop. I suspect there was some in game chatting going on where the forbidden activity was discussed. This would be prima-facie evidence that these folks had more than just knowledge of the forbidden activities. CCP likely banned based upon transcripts of chats. As stated above, your best chances would be via the petition system. Quietly pleading your case. A public action such as this is not going to help you, other than for entertainment purposes. In before the lock :-/

Or, more precisely, whether more subtlety should be exercised and each individual case should be given more care and attention. I think EVE players are comfortable with the ways the GMs operate for the most part. After all, if we weren't, there'd be more threads like this one on these here boards (except most of them would be spell checked and punctuated). ***

GM Nova banned my friends when not 2 weeks earlier he unbanned somone that had been caught iwth unequivical evidence that they were selling game time code cards, and he is back playing the game, hell my friend Nonterra, and this brothers char's alts and everything else Didnt do anything wrong they onyl knew somone that did and on top of htat they unbanned him for a day with -28bill isk LOL then Banned him saying WE are sorry we made a mistake, what kinda crap is that? anyone here think that is right? we tried explaining things to them, they dont care, and on top of that they have no evidence or anything else to ban my friends they just banned becasue he had helped them out becuae he was a rl friend, and on top of that, he was helping wth a captialship venture which takes BILLIONS of isk and teamwork, and just becuase there was no corpsonance in game doesnt mean that people dont talk all the time hell i talk with people i play with everyday and they have NEVER gotten a Evemail or private convo from me, anyone else? seriously? anyways, Here comes the Bannage i suppose. at one point i thought it was wroth it to pay to play this game, i was wrong, people that take away somones friendships, and hobbies over somthing trival for 1, and secondly for somthing they didnt do? lol hell with that im not investing another penny. i hope the people that get to read this Understand that :) Sarge out ps Gm Nova should really have his job performace checked because we all know he plays the game, and just becuase u have contacts inside CCP doesnt mean u can use it to cause dessention or the upper or lowerhand in the world of eve or try to play god because it makes you feel better. So I don't see banning people who are associates as an issue, but thats just my slight bias. And by associating, I mean I'd merely have to willingly befriend, and not actually get involved in any wrongdoings they may be performing. Last time I looked, GM/Dev correspondence with players is something that is not allowed on the boards and since bannings in-and-of-themselves are matters between GMs and the player-getting-banned in question, then it would naturally proceed that it would be a matter that wouldn't be allowed on the board. Personally, don't give a care to hear about someone else getting banned as its between the person banned and the GMs if the person wants to dispute it. We've no right or obligation to be policing and analyzing GM decisions, that's what the appeals process is for.
