If CCP terminates the EULA pursuant to this section, you will not receive a refund of prepaid subscription fees. That's section 6A of the EULA.... saying that CCP can just stop providing total service of Eve whenever they feel like it... so that about 50K people's accounts will just be gone with no refund... meaning if you looked through the EULA hard enough a GM could probably ban you because he doesn't like your character portrait and you will get no refund and can't do anything... the GMs are and are probably at you.

As such any action you take reflects on the alliance as a whole to an uninformed outside party with nothing else to compare to. So if you go out and make yourself look like an ass, well its going to affect people's perceptions of your alliance whether you intend to/care about or not.
