Pattonator CRICE Corporation Lotka Volterra	Posted - 2007.02.21 02:59:00 - [7] Are we surprised? CCP screws up again. A bunch of POS's were offlined for 1 minute for no apparent reason and not by LV. Sovereignty goes neutral. And LV and BOB get accused of owning or bribing GM's. This game is so screwed. There are a bunch of online POS's in 77S. Congratulations on winning by cheating again.

Don't know, what's happening there, but if one LV pos (large pos I assume) is still fully operational, then sovereignty switches 5 days after they lost the majority of (large) poses in that system afaik. I thought that poses count oward soveriengty after 5 days, but sovereignty changes over downtime if the group with the most sovereignty claiming poses changes in the prior 24 hours, or since the prior downtime so to speak. edit i could be completely and horrorably wrong though.
