Introduce POS modules that fill the all the roles ships have. POS grade NOS would really change Dread sieges, shield boosters to regen the shields, and sniping weapons that could hit other POS's at moons around the same planet.
Hopefully that will change the face of POS warfare to a more tactical role than just spamming up tons of them.

As much as the temptation to be literate and verbose to draw attention exists in such a challenge Oveurs, I'll go for brevity.
The gang interface/fleet interface needs to be working properly. At present, it is haphazard.
Key items for full functioning:
1. Tagging needs a MUCH faster interface, such as a keyboard shortcut/mouse composite. The current mechanism is ponderous and cumbersome to put it nicely.
2. The interface neesd to reliably report health of members to wingmates. It does not currently.
EVE maintains that it wants us to operate in units as a primary function of gameplay and enjoyment. Right now, our primary tool for interacting in such situations is kneecapped and restricting rather than encouraging us to work together for mutual benefit.
This current inept structure impedes a major objective of your game design: playing with other people.

Remove emergency warp and keep the ship in space forever.
If we are fighting other players in group, the rest of the group could still assist a little with remote stuff the time we get back.
If we are fighting npc, even with bad connection, we have a big min to log back. If the ship cannot survive that long, it should'nt be in that situation anyway. Living on the edge or not?
If we are sitting in a pos, the ship won't move if we lose connection.
If we are in a gate camp, the ship will stay there until we log back, with the effect that might have! :)
That would help also for login trap since if the ships stay there, we can scan for them.
I feel it's a problem that's been here for many years longer than it should have been.
Who knows, maybe with less lag we could log back into the game faster so that thoses with bad connection would'nt feel this as such a problem. Let's say, 30 sec back into the game!
We should aim for a more realistic eve experience which don't involve ship disapearing or appearing in space.
Only real safe place should be an npc station. |

there's some time you need to wait until you can log out if you're stuck in a system and you've been fighting. i'd like that time displayed in the client so i know whether i'll log back in to a pod or not.
i'd also like the market to not break, nudge nudge, wink wink.
and i'd like my client to remember my dialogue preferences.
and i'd like the item database updating.
and i'd like more powergrid on amarr ships, so i can actually fit lasers.
and i'd like Jennifer Love Hewitt.

There's a lot of low hanging fruit that could be addressed in EVE. What I'd like to see most:
Allow selection of or replacement of the font.
Since I first started using computers back in 1984, programs have allowed me to select a font that was easy on my eyes. I want to use Verdana, one of the fonts specifically designed ease of reading on computer screens at small sizes. Please bring EVE at least into the 80s. ;)
In the early RMR days, one could just replace their font file with Verdana and it worked, no changes to the EVE rendering engine needed. Then the 'security upgrade' happened to prevent people from hacking stuff -- understandable -- but it also disabled the ability to choose your own font. Please, give us a way to pick one. It already works, it just needs to be enabled!

Hi
Well, the most important thing that CCP could do imho isn't really a game feature, but it is IG. I think that with all that's going on, CCP employees should play the game, but not always in one alliance or corp. I think that all CCP employees should spend a fair amount of time playing the game, but they should rotate where. maybe spend a week here and there, pick an alliance. or a solo corp and join it, fly with them for a week and listen. see how the game mechanics work for that group,in their home system. Maybe then the CCP employees could also teach some tricks to everyone, and also in that process they'd learn what the game needs. Instead of always listening to the same people all the time.
I do like what a lot of people have written. I like the idea of divisional wallets etc. I think the easiest thing would be open an EVE-Banking system. Let the players actually open an account. they could invest in eve. they could also allows certain players in their corp access to that account so it would provide the same effect as divisional accounting except you could open as many as you wanted. You could also invest in NPC companies. if the company does good, so do you.
I'd like to see that characters have a marker shown near SEC status showing highest / lowest sec standing achived. as a record. I'd also like to see corps show a history of what alliances they had been in
I'd like to see something done about mercanry corps. if a corp declares over a certain number of wars. then they could be delcared a menace to society or something and loose standings or perhaps be declared a target.
I'd like to see something done with the bounty system to actually make it more functional. instead of just showing the top list. perhaps it could show you a list of who is within 2 jumps or something? I am not sure how the game programing works in order to describe it.
i'd like to see a way where you can put an order in with a NPC corp for something. Lets say ORE syndicate designed HULKS. Why can't I go there and knock on ORE syndicates door to order a HULK? Or lets say I needed a 720MM Scout Artiliary. Why can't I get a BPO for one, or order it somewhere? if the rats drop them, then someone builds them. I'd like to order some. I'd love to see more of the high end TECH I stuff in game. it would be amazing to be able to get HIGH end TECH I BPO's I could care less about TECH II BPO"s i'll get them in time once I get agent standings higher. But i'd make a fortune now with TECH I high end.
There are a lot of things to do, I think if CCP employees spent time in every corp or one alliance at a time, then things would get better thru listening. I understand some corps are just 1 person, so make a rule. maybe corps of 5 or more. whatever math works.
Thanks for the ear.
