Ship design. Give us the hulls, let us fill them how we like. Ship balancing should be in the underlying equations, not a post-hoc affair that has to change every time you add a module, rig, skill, gang bonus, booster, ship bonus etc.

Remove stargates, give all ships jumpdrives (jump range dependant on ship type, etc), and then reap the performance benefits of a movement system where the nodes have to deal with only a fraction of the current system's dataload.

Short and to-the-point:
Bugzilla (or equivalent).
All my other issues (many of which are 2-line fixes, I'm convinced!) could then be posted, tracked, assigned, and completed. Bugs can be defaulted to security-sensitive, so you can encourage posting of exploits there, too.

LAG. There are many things wrong with the game, but none of it is more devastating to long-term enjoyment of the game than weak server performance in large pvp battles.

Customization, hot keys, movable UI etc. Like being able to make hot keys for launching/returning drones, firing all guns or anything you wanted. Being able to say move the overview to the left side of the screen if you wanted. etc.

I would like to see a shift of focus: from added content to bug fixing. It takes huge amounts of time for responses to petitions, and things are being petitioned that are bugs. Set aside the bean counter's time line for new content releases, and please just fix and make work what is already in place. Regards Biancha

I would fix the load balancing in the game. I would create a way that different aspects of the same system can be handled by multiple boxes. I would figure out a way that if a system is empty that nothing is allocated to it while if a server has certain levels of people more servers are put unto making that system work. I would have this system predict where logical bottle necks would be and adapt for it. If two systems are absolutely loaded with people of two separate alliances I want it to predict a fleet battle commencing and to dedicate a higher percentage of the cluster to it. I want there to be multiple boxes that are *only* for fleet battles and are always reserved for such. Along with that there would be several more logical things that would have to be put in to make it work. Like formations and advanced fleet battles beyond blob vs. blob. (So that multiple boxes can split up the work between them.)

I would make the minor change of allowing a skill to continue training the next level, instead of just stopping all training. This way casual players don't have to be as concerned about jumping in to get the next skill selected and the hard core players don't lose sleep when they can't log in to switch skills.

Fix the overview so you can see only war targets. At the moment you have to show neutrals as well to be able to see war targets.

Not my own, but i like this one:
POS warfare as it currently is encourages POS spamming, not POS fighting! Change sovereignty rules so the oldest (by anchoring time) large POS in the system determines who has Sovereignty. This'll encourage actual fighting for systems...

Fix the amarr.
I'm not going to tell you how to do it - I don't care what tools you use. But the advantages of just plain fixing the amarr are numerous.
* More worthwhile ships to fly in (hopefully) both PVE and PVP. So in a way, you're adding content to the game. * No more Amarr whines or whine threads - everyone's attention can be devoted to better things. * Once you understand what you need to 'do' with the amarr, you'll be in far better shape to continue adding new tiers of ships and entirely new shiptypes. * You gain the praise and adulation of us amarr-skilled players. You know you'll like that. * You'll give the economy a much-needed boost once amarr ships are in greater demand.
In other words, it's the choice that yields the most results for the least effort. Go for it, devs.
