I know, again.
Original idea was To Ad more 0.0 regions. without gates. systems you can only find by Using various Specialized Ships. to openup the systems You need to actually build a Gate in order to make is accesable. These player owned gates Are destroyable. and can be used to tacticly attack the enemy. this in combination with the new mid goal system would make Eve alot more player coordinated and driven. the ability of jump bridges can allow fleets to move into thoses systems without having to use the gates. -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* I'm writing a evolving Epic story with side story's to support the whole.

I would like to see a dedicated ship for salvaging, or a partial dedication like adding it to support ships to maybe increase their usefulness.

A more complex battle system. most important part of this would be subsystem targeting and object orientation. examples being: bomber launches torp and BS and intercepter actually intercepts, a tanked BS "shielding" a logistics ship by placing its self properly, or lining up port side guns allows for better damage.

The ability to move SP from one skill to another - with a penalty of course... the penalty could be say, it moves only 75% of the points you are moving (the old skill is lost) and it adds these to the new/existing skill [maybe limit it to the same skill category: Industry, Science etc.] Example: learned Gallente BS lvl 4 - brain drain and move SP to make Caldari BS to lvl 5, or freighter, or whatever in that skill category you want to add it to.

Eve is a game about epic space battles, Epic space battles are not meant to be small scale fights, EVE sholdnt be two idiots dueling in Jita dueling in ceptors, fix these epic fleet fights.

For variety add infrequent ôtriggersö to agent given missions. Only level 3 and above, no need to surprise the youngest players.

Replace mining with a mining minigame (or minigames) which 1/ makes the backbone of the economy less of a grind, 2/ fixes the jetcan mining "exploit", 3/ upsets only macrominers and solo high-sec miners, and 4/ leads to bio-quotable alerts like "Your Mining Laser II liberates a spectacular amount of ore, yielding 1021 m3 of Crokite."

Make player ships stay permanently in space when client disconnects and make the signature of a ship proportional to power_core_usage and cpu_usage. Add three new permanent modules: warp core, shields and propulsion. A ship with all modules offlined should be very hard, but not impossible, to probe.
Notes: - Let smart players park their ships in hostile systems with a bit of preparation, just safespot into deep space, offline everything and you are hard, but not impossible, to find - Penalize players who immediately log off when faced with a confrontation. Their ships would stay in space onlined and thus be very easy to find. - Onlining can be assisted by any the current cap regenerating techniques. This could add new strategic importance to logistics ships in helping large ships back online. - You probably want to make the formula exponential, the greatest drop should be closest to zero. Offlining just one module would not help a lot, but onlining the first module should increase signature significantly. This makes for hard decisions on what to keep running. - You need to add the permanent modules (warp, shields, propulsion) to make some sense of freighters, pods, shuttles and any other ships with no module slots. - This would also open up interesting new strategies in style with "Look ma, no propulsion or warp but my tank ROCKS!", perhaps tie it in with the energy management improvements?

I would like to see overview profiles. Warfare has become complex beyond words. Allow the user to build several overview profiles and quickly switch between them at different circumstances. Missions runners could use this to narrow their overview based on priority. Wanna take the frigs out first? No problem, switch to a profile that you've created where they are the only things showing up on your overview. Been assigned specific targets in a fleet operation? Remove ships that you aren't meant to target quick and easy. Are you a miner? Have several different profiles of low, mid, and high level minerals to quickly check a belt. This could be quite useful when a covert ops user needs to swap between different ship types to get a quick count.
It would be up to the devs on how that is saved (server side? client side?). Most likely client side would be easiest. Suggestions?

Oh, and please give drone control it's own interface. The overview is stuffed enough as it is. Hotkeys for drone control is also a must!

Fix local chat, so its not a system radar!
Should only show your name when you talk.
You could start with 0.0 then move towards empire.
You could have a trafic light system to smooth over example:
10 green (> 0 plus standing) 2 yellow (= 0 standing) 5 red (< 0 negative standing)
This would make it more fair to people with a char starting with A and you would not know who it was by name.
There could be skills and modules for system scanning etc, but nothing 100% acc.

Just start to fix every bug in the game: overview bug, implants bugged etc etc
lot of work but will improve EvE more then all those new fancy mods coming out every major patch with more bugs to deal with.

I would make skills queue but only if they last less than 24 hours, once you excede the 24 hours you can't continue to add skills to the queue. sucks to connect 1 or 2 hours a day and put a 5 hours skill and wait until the next day to change skills.

plz remove doomsday devices from the game
as more and more titans come to the battle field, more people in eve will experience the bordom that is titan warfare. down in fountain we have had systems with 400 guys in them and decend lag conditions too this could have made for some fantasic fleet fights instead as both sides had at least 1 titan in system both partys sat at pos for about 2 days waiting for something to happen and it didnt. meaning unless u were in a dread or carrier u were bored out of your mind.
i think many will agree with me, that have experience this for them selves.
perhaps this isnt something that needs to be addressed now but in the near future it will. ccp this is a ticking time bomb that will eventually make large allience warfare even less fun than it is atm. and is spoiling my game. i log in to shoot stuff. not stare at a pos
im sure many will say well go do some roaming gangs etc etc. well i like fleet battles and i want them back.

Salvage Drones - Salvaging is the only thing more boring than jumping my freighter 47 hops
The ability to deploy salvage drones to work on the wrecks without loot would seriously speed up this new and not really at all interesting dynamic to eve. |

Don't care that people can rip other people off if they get trusted with certain roles. But you shouldn't have to give open slather access for someone to do something smaller. And you should at least be able to tell who it was that ripped you off. Having 'market escrow' as the only description in the corp journal is THE WORST description in the game. Let corps have a transactions page of their own.

Drones that are more of a customizable weapon. Such as drones that could be outfitted differently, or give bonuses to another drone in space (so a leader drone could give a bonus to accuracy, while a fast type drone could give the other drones a speed boost, etc).
