So no, a 2b config STILL won't let you permatank several of the higher danger lvl4 missions. MAYBE with a focused pith x-type hardener setup, but thats another 1.2-1.5b on top of my config, and we are going into 4.5b isk configs here to run missions that give you 50m isk hour tops. You guys do the math. Also, as I posted with pics a while back, there is a TERRIBLE lack of sync bug somewhere in the netcode, which gives you false feedback on the client side. This bug is even more dangerous because you cannot easily distinguish it from a normal lag spike, so if you get hit during one of those 1000dps moments for exp, if you don't react quickly and relog you can easily lose 25k hitpoints, especially since the armour and structure of a caldari ship allways have minimal resists. I've had my CNR to half hull twice now, and only my experience running missions has given me Lagsense(tm), which is what has kept my ship alive. That said I fully expect to lose it someday due to some gamecode or lag related issue, which is why I keep a spare rattlesnake Also, one nasty EVE feature, if you happen to be jammed when you lag out kiss the ship goodbye, because the client will report a ctrl-q and the game will assume your cheating. So use ctrl alt del in those situations? (untested) Slamming into the guy who got ripped off because of bad code is imature imo, regardless of how he got his stuff, getting items in eve is never easy, unless you make your isk scamming people... Mission runners are people to.

Lost a crow just before the server went down due to clicking warp out and seeing my ship continue to orbit the same target, then I start taking damage and still no warp out. It's not worth petitioning, but I bet the response would be the same as prior ones. Just go buy yourself a new ship and hope you get something back, if not chalk it off to bad luck and have fun in your new ship. Getting annoyed over lag and bugs in eve will lead you down a path of despire, you'd be better to quit now and save yourself the aggro ;) Keenon: "After sitting in the system for FIVE hours without even a (go away)"...
