True I will never take a faction ship to low sec ever, it's just not worth it. That said i will gotto low sec with my corpies and set traps for pirates, do missions with said corpies and generally have a good time. But the main thing is i will only fly what i can afford to lose.

Only if you fly missions in the lag infested Motsu/Isenairos area on peak times.
You still don't lose a NH in Motsu. I've drawn full aggro on some levels for the hell of it, you still don't die unless you start offlining stuff.

first.... t2 fitted CNR can tank eny lvl4 mission, so ur setup sucks ballz. so does ur m8s.. couse a nighthawk can have a better tank whit t2 stuff. if u where useing faction... them omg... u must have been useing wrong stuff :P
u petitioned it... wait untill you get a response... dont come cry when u dont get answerd whitin 5 minz. there are 100s of other ppl who have petitions allso.

You have to understand that pve in eve is not about shooting NPCs, but about surviving random server crashes.
Lag, random disconnects and server crashes ARE the Pve gameplay, the same way that blobs, espionage, infiltration, gate camps and node crashes are pvp gameplay.
If you can afford it, always fit your ship in such a way that it will survive whatever may come without you being there. Afk gameplay > all (helps at browsing forums and multi-logging as well).
Oh and your 3 accounts will be replaced by about 10.000 accounts opened up by ISK farmers who train RnD alts. CCP thinks ahead ...

Im not surprised your leaving. This game is awfull, ive waited two years for it to get better but all ive seen are the GM's/Dev's alliances rise to power and them covering it up with a scapegoat. CCP really make me sick sometimes

why is it that everyone has lag except for me?
i've been playing this game since the beginning of eve and i've never encountered anything like the people on the forum who whine here.
And the best part is that these lag spikes always happen to people who lose way to much much isk and can't seem to replace that loss.
weird........
but uhmm... if you quit... can I have your stuff?:)
on a more serious matter.
Petition, if you really did lose your ship not to a fault of your own.
if you did lose your ship because you screwed up.. don't ruin the petition queue please.

Sounds to me that this thread is only an excuse to get Dev attention for them to reply to your petition a soon as possible. Then you aggressively remind CCP that if you donĘt get your ship back you will cancel all 3 of your subscriptions.
For someone who flies a faction ship you obviously been in this game for some time unless you bought the ship on ebay or something which i believe is illegal to do in eve. Otherworlds your very childish, naive or ignorant for you to make this thread because obviously it was a lag issue and obviously you will get your ship back. You just want to make the process quicker and or get noticed in the process.

I am sorry for you. It happens in online games, and when this happens in EVE you might loose a lot. But like the other people said, petition it. I will take some time to get the reimbursement, but it will arrive.
You will get only your ship back, not the modules.

petition it,,, and be polite and non threatening that will help. be informative ie: im an experienced mission runner with knoiwledge of the mission i was in and the circumstance , lag was involved which was enuff to cause a loss of my ship not due to game mechanics or gameplay ive done this mission countless times and know it well . plz return my ship minus the insurance and the mods i picked out of can ty for ur time etc.... and flying a caldari raven in missions ... ive seen this before, one wipe and u want to quit. maybe u shoupold leave that ship in the garage or make one or u other characters fly a basilisk gluck ... and im not an alt ccp plz put my corp shiva etc on my picture.. cya

I've lost a few BS's to that and CCP reimbursed a ship or two but it took them a while. It happens to everyone and many times, the lag-spike-internet-interruption-whatever has nothing to do with CCP. When you play online games, this kind of thing just happens occassionally and again sometimes it has nothing to do with CCP.
