EVE has the lowest amount of female players in an MMO that I've ever seen. Probably because it's a space sim, at least, that why my g/f doesn't like it. i have met hundred of ppl in my time in eve and only 4 of which have been female. probably about 20 saying they are to try and get free ships from some sad sex deprived geeks but only 4 genuine women. altho i have found that some women make the most ruthless pirates in eve. no conscience what so ever. love it.

Click the triangle, click "overview settings," make sure Asteroid Belt is checked... pick one in your overview, right-click it, select "Warp to 0m" cross your fingers and hope there's someone there. Thought you'd forgotten, so I figured I'd refresh you. There are more advanced techniques but I figured it's best to start small with Snowys.
How about:
The frig pilot
Flies around in a t1 frig, usually a Rifter, while you're sniping. His transversal is exceptionally high, he's probably taken a class or two from Rells, but he can't stop bragging in local about how you'll never hit him blah blah blah... useless.
The Liz Kali
Gets ganked by you, spends hours constructing elaborate schemes on brilliant new methods of giving you money (read: putting a bounty on your head)
The ICA
Gets ganked by you, tracks you down camping a gate with 30-40 of his best mates, complains in local when you and your 2 gatecamp buds dock and ♥ in local. (lol trixs. fun times.)
The "Anti-Pirate" donkey
Is usually tipped off by local ganked carebears, brings a couple friends in battleships and hug the gate, not aggressing. You and some corpies attack, they sit there and tank you for a while, then gate. Later on they smack you for hours on end when the carebears outnumber you in local about how you never undock (even though you're sitting in a belt right then).
The main of an alt industrialist
Somewhat similar to the AP Donkey, has an alt corp that runs research and manufacturing POSes in lowsec. When you gank their haulers and things, he hops on his main and brings out a handful of alliance buds to sit in local and harass you, but never end up firing a shot back at you, despite your -10 outlaw status.

I turned off "show corp/alliance" because, to be frank, I'm ashamed of them. They'll be turned back on when I'm somewhere more suitable for someone of my talents. |

The macro hauler:
No point killing them and they iritate me because of it.
The hero's alt:
These guys harp on about how you messed with the wrong guy. When you point out they had a crap setup and worse skills they kindly remind you that they are infact the alt of a level 70 paladin and use their alt for testing really awful t1 setups.
The guilt tripper:
This doesn't work on me. I don't feel anything for the people I kill, infact I felt worse about killing all my npc assasin budies in oblivion than I do about ganking carebears. The guilt tripper however will simply not shut up, trying every tactic known to man to try and get some isk out of you.
The stud:
This is the guy who after you kill him tells you how much action he gets while you clearly get none. I like to respond by asking if he was having sex when I killed him because it would explain his lack of combat/escape tactics.
The combat expert:
I like to bait these guys with my alt. You find them in random chat channels when no one there actuallys knows anything about combat. I ask them questions about setups and tactics then pick their crappy ideas apart.

Hehe, got a covetor and his pod few days back. Tried to ransom the pod, but on my "20mil pls" he answered "what does that mean". So after I explained it means he gives me 20 mil or I make him buy new implants he answers that why the hell would he do that, he has spare implants anyway. Ok, so he got podded. Next day he convoes me and asks a bit about low sec and pvp in a friendly manner than says that legendary "thank you, I got x million out of it" line.  Guess I did him a favour.

We had a Ferox tied up and shut down...all of a sudden I see his pod! He flippin ejected from the ship. He said he wanted to self destruct, but hit the eject button instead....I traded up from my merlin...to his Ferox..lol
