El Verbatim	Posted - 2007.04.26 10:47:00 - [152] I don't really give a name to my ships, I just replace my name in the ship description with the name of a rather young character. So after assembling the ship it would be "El Verbatim's Rifter", I change it into "(other charname)'s Rifter". Preferably the name of a guy that is present in my area. Gives the impression that there's an abandonded ship on scanner when the guy is not in system or when he is in system, appears to be an easy victim. It also doesn't give the impression that you know what you're doing because you changed your shipname to something cool .

I used to name all my ships Pook. Pook I, II, III etc. But then the numbering scheme needed to get reworked every time some new tech II was released, so I have since abandoned that. The only pook left is Pook III, a tackling incursus. I have yet to think of an appropriate name for my blasterax. perhapes young love? or sweet love? Dunno. Anyway, it's a theme.
