we formed up with around 4 frigs and headed out from yz- in fountain, after a few mins couple more guys showed up so we had an ok small inty gang, enough to drop an npcer but probably not enough to engage a decent size gang.
i was the scout since im so uber with the scanner and all(infact we will call me King Farscape from now on). i jumped into this system not to far away from yz- about 2 jumps ahead of the gang. i said on ts "xelas raven on scanner... got his belt warping to him". i drop out of warp in his belt 13km from him but he was fully aligned and at the moment he saw me he warped to the next belt and logged off in warp. i sat there thinking "i know he isnt that lame since Xelas are always talking on the forums about how uber they are, so he must have had some kind of RL emergency"
so we moved on.
i go 2 more jumps and theres another Xelas guy npcing since there were so many wrecks on scanner, but the belts were 31au away, so i picked a random belt and went. i drop out of warp and omg wtf HEY! ANOTHER RAVEN! f1 f2 f3... local dropped to one. "come in guys he logged but i have a point on him" i said as i went to get another beer. i came back just in time to see his raven go POOF majic PRESTO ABRA KADABRA bye bye :( no killmail for meh.
im getting kinda ticked off now.
so we move on yet again, random bob pet jumps into us in his drake, gets tackled 15k off the gate but has enough honor to go out swinging, almost lost a ceptor there as he popped.
we move on yet again with our bloodlust quinched somewhat.
few random pet domi/raven/other guys cloak on us, so we decide to go down the back pipe in a deadend route with a large blob at the end. we scram a tempest in a belt but b4 his tank would break they warped the rescue gang in and we had to bail. we are starting to get tierd and head back.
we land on this gate and someone else has managed to get ahead of me scouting while i was checking a different system on the side. i hear "theres a xelas raven on the other side of the 6F- gate!" "agro him on that side" "ok hes scrambled...he jumped!" "get ready guys" "point" "point" "he logged..." "put the damage on him guys"
so at this point i remember that i have a print screen button

his ship dissapears in armor...
frustrated but satisfied we got a screenshot of it we moved on. couple more jumps out we find a drake on a gate and engage him b4 he manages to log off so he agroed back, i tank him for ages but he must have been thinking of what his ceo would say when he loses his ship to us and decides instead to give us a free drake
but we cannot be arsed to drag that peice of **** back all the way to yz- so we blow it up anyway.
on back towards home and we get blobbed, while 'killing the bait', lose 2 frigs, and bail out. we got around the blob and went 1 jump past them and killed a xelas hauler. went back in to the system where the first one logged and he logged off again. burned back and docked.
anyways King Farscape is pleased with the 2 screenshots and will get more im sure.

While I see where you're coming from I gotta say, you being a Goon, you're quite the hypocrite. A couple guys log off NPCing setup battleships to avoid a gank from frigs against the Goon tactics of logging off hundered of ships for fleet engagement. Am I the only one here seeing a problem?

1. Stephen is one my guys, I'll have a quiet word to him about logging, because he shouldn't doing that stuff. But still, pot kettle black etc.
2. So basically, your merlin pilot didn't have the skills to fly the drake home? :)
3. There's a reason people eject. You'd be crying if you knew what your inty gang let get away in that pilot's head :)
But yeah, mostly I just wanted to reply about point 1.
He shouldn't be doing that stuff.

sometimes i think Xelas ppl have a big red button on their computer desks which are mapped to ctrl-q and they just mash it with their forehead the minute neutrals enter their system... its the mental image i have in my mind everytime one of them logs, which is lots.

AFAIK the ban only applies to Goon*fleet* members, not other corps in GS.

+1 for the Goons. Funny seeing that the best reply to proof of loggers is "OMG Goons do it too!". It's indefensible, and the OP is the last person you will see doing it.

The difference between Xelas and Goonswarm is some xelas players forum warrior all day and chestbeat. So for them logging off is pretty ironic. Please point me to the post where Goons state they don't log off ever, oh wait. Yeah learn the definition of hypocrisy please.
Logging is part of the game mechanics, you just got to have them tackled and aggro'd before they warp off.

You really dont understand this do you? Doesnt mather if they got agression or anything, they just log on different char and their ship disappear. Thats thea annoying part.

Their allianceticker says they are.
You cant sleep with the dogs and complain about fleas dude. Either they are Goonswarm in which case "loggers and cloakers" in their own backyard make any whinning post about said groups rather funny or they are not Goonswarm, in which case they should hurry the f up to get out of the alliance.

Unless you have proof of the OP logging in combat, feel free to STFU. If we want to lay guilt by association, well, let's not open that can of worms again shall we? The fact is that Xelas likes to pump themselves up on the forums as some kind of PVP outfit, when the fact is they just hide under BoB's and their allies skirts and turn yellow when they don't have their support.

dont you trolls know yet? logging out is so in with all the eliete pvpers at the moment.
tbh im getting pretty annoyed with it myself... you corner some guys and they can just log out... i wont put any names in cos i believe its individuals rather than alliances... but this isnt just happening while npcing.
The have started to log off on raids. you see these 1 stab all speed + cloaker combinations and you think to yourself... umm?
then you corner them through sheer numbers and guess what... "no we dont feel like fighting because we will lose..."
this is a game if you cant take a loss, dont play.

Ive seen it multiple times, ships getting agressed, jump the gate with bubble on the other side active. They log, we shoot for 10 seconds their ship magicaly disappears. Now either it works or someone in eve know magic. Feel free to explain how its done, I'm interested to hear
