As explained by Papa Smurf, people running projects in some research fields other that startship engineering will also be included in ship blueprint lotteries. They will have much smaller chance of winning because they don't get the research bonus, but that's where the luck factor comes into play. ;s |

[131] OK, going to make somthing clear to you that noone seems to get: It is HIGHLY unlikely that there is any new ship bps in game. Why? 1) They all require new ships skill, which is not in game yet. 2) They all require the Astronautic Engeneering skil, which is not in game yet. Get the picture?  And how do i know? Well how do eve-db.com know? Be course we have looked in the game item db. Dont hold your breath for ship bps just yet... Head of Xanadu Elite Ships Department |

[137] Seriously, are you for real  Since people pay 20M for Large C5-Ls, even more for XLarge C5-Ls, and XLarge II is even better (although has higher requirements), you could make a few and sell for 25 mil each. Of course the production cost is probably nowhere near that value... |
