I think it'll do fairly well depending on the stats. It's like "man, I only one 1 Mil in my lottery? But I wanted 256 Mil instead! I got cheated!" -- TomB: End the speed-race. 1 propulsion mod allowed, make turrets affect ship attributes like +speed/+ab speed +agil for progressivly smaller/lighter turrets, -speed/-ab speed -agil for long-range. |

[37] Of course CCP aren't going to be giving out the really good stuff first off, because then no-one will bother accepting the "lame" BP's the agents offer. They will either stop doing the missions when they have what they want or do this; Player X recieved "Uber l33t Tachyon II" bp from their research agent, and is next offered "Basic Pulse Maser II" from the same agent. Are they going to accept it? Like hell they are, they've got good stuff before and they think they'll get it again so it will end up with all of the lesser used BP's doing the rounds. P.s. Someone should make a thread where everyone with TL2 bp's can post the stats and skills etc, |

A hard choice as it was with a lvl 2 agent who only has lvl 1 in the skill and I would have liked to move on to a better agent but I want something that Im going to be able to use. I dont expect anything amazing but I want something that will do more than look nice in my hanger. I know I could be waiting a long long time for another chance in the lottery and might not get anything better offered but those are the risks. |

All players doing research in the skills needed then has a chance equal to thier rp of beeing one of the lucky winners. (This is why Starship skills has a x3 modifier. Other skills could gove ship bps as well, but the main chance should be with the ones doing Starship skills. Same goes with the x2 gun skills.) Hrm... Was afraid of that. Agents are putting these materials out in stupid proportions for something repairable. I've got at least 30 of every corp's R.Db. Some well over 100. [167] Hm. Remember, though, that the item he's got there is something that, ideally, is produced in large quantities -- small armor repairer II and all. Ships and the like presumably (hopefully?) do more damage to the gear. |

[169] I'm in the same boat as Jash, I have about 10 out of 12 of all the databases, and 7 out of 8 of the tools (for some strange reasons I never ever get the Ram Electronics). I've got dozens of em all, probably about 50 average of all the toolkits, 40 average for the databases. If theyre repairable whats the point? Unless the repair costs are really high then effectively its just a saturated market, noone will need this many or buy them. |

[179] One thing about large quantities of the RAM's might be that more sophisticated items wear them out faster, and if you want to produce more than 100 (at 1% damage per run) you'll need more... there might also be a small chance of higher damage to the tool, or even a breakdown of functionality until repaired. If logic has anything to do with it, ships will definitly wear out the RAM's in larger quantities |

RDbs are used to research tech 2, again the higher level of item the more damage they take. Ship components (9 from each race) are used to build tech 2 ships. All the tech 2 ship BPOs are in the database so its easy to look them up, same goes for many tech 2 item BPOs (although not all). Ideal ME research level is usually lower for tech 2 stuff than on the tech 1 counterpart. If any of you win tech 2 BPOs and are interested in manufacture/research of said BPO, I have all 56 tools and components researched to perfection both on ME and PE. Can easily make 100run copies of the types you need. Will cut your production cost considerably. ___________________________________________ Selling BPCs of almost all seeded BPOs. Lobster of Babel currently holds 641 of the 649 Tech 1 BPOs seeded. |
