1) Fair point.
2) Bit unprofessional, but not tragic. Also, since when was Magnus CEO?!
3) Thats a bit of a shoddy game mechanic, but BoB are pretty blameless in it. Who wouldn't have done that?
4) RA had as many / more of them than BoB did, so favouritism isn't likely. Just a crappy bug.
5) Don't really kow about that one, but on the whole southern and western comnplexes are far more valuable than northern and eastern ones. 10/10 gurista ones are barely worth the trouble, and there are none in the east, are there? Again, shoddy developing, but not necessarily favouritism.
6) That was a bit of a colossal***** up. But again, favouritism, or just irritating as hell?
7) Don't really know about that one. Didn't IAC invent POS bowling long before BoB? Sucks to be Goons I guess, but we all knew it would be fixed eventually.
8) don't know about that one either. If true, it'd be a definite scandal. But don't know if it is true or not.
9) Not a big deal. CCP have always encouraged metagaming and scamming and such, so TS spying is all part of their modus operandi.

The deck is stacked against any ordinary player. BoB wins 0.0? Bake a pie, eat a pie. They won a horse race against a mule.
Sadly, CCP could take a proactive stance: The exploit with the titans and the freighters? Track the money and remove it.
Done... This was not meant to work in this manner, sorry Bob, it's for the "good of the game".
This has as much of a chance of happening as the "internal affairs" NOT being pets and being embroiled in-game politics

Accusations and facts... those are what we all make our decisions by. However, when you weigh the game and its entire company on one side, facts can be skewed. Maybe what we have here are lies and coverups. Time after time I read what CCP posts, I read what players post, I read what Dark Shakari's posts, but those are simply words... and bottom line is who would lie to protect what is most valuable?... CCP would. I'm not saying they are, but they are the one's who have the most to lose here.
If words are true or false, I have yet to see real proof to prove either side. CCP is like any celebrity or rich company out there. There will always be people trying to bring them down... same goes for BoB. Its whether both want to stand up and die, or live on their knees. These allegations will always be there until some form of proof is made. For now, someone is obviously lying. This is what bothers the Eve community. Players are upset, because Eve is unlike any other game. You can't just quit. The time and effort here matter so much. If BoB is being accused of dev help, I'll still play... but you'll be damn sure I won't be quiet about the accusations. If proof is made to clear everyone, I'll move on... if lies are uncovered, I'll quit.
As for me now... personally, I don't know who to believe.

If you want CCP to remove freighter jump bridge ability, then they can remove the POS jump portal idea too. Or you could, instead of complaining on the forums for once, actually try and kill one?
Fine by me, more freighters I can kill 
2.2b is nothing, many people make that daily with little risk or effort if they know how, a lot less effort than the 30 odd cynos/freighter pilots needed for that trip.

A Dev was caught cheating in BoB, that will stick forever so DBP your posts are pointless, same as every other BoB members posts within this thread and other threads! Unfortunately you've been tarnished.
No matter what actually happened and whether you knew or not is beside the point. 'Tarnished' sad really.
I personally can't stand BoB, neither do I like any other Alliance ingame... why? Fighting on the forums, I'd rather 'bring' it ingame, yeah I'm a lone player, but I have fun.
