Just checked on SISI. Chimera is still worthless. Unless you buy a full faction setup for it, you don't have enough CPU. Even with my faction cpu module i can ONLY fit one Capital Shield Transporter.
Nerf the CPU requirements for Capital Shield Transporter AND Capital Shield Boost.
Before Rev II comes out please.

It's been stated many many many times that the Chimera has to much pg... and every Chimera pilot wouldn't mind giving away some pg for CPU, why? Because we have way to much pg (our capital modules don't requite much pg) and way little CPU.
Something CCP could do: Capital Shield Transporter could require the same fittings as its Armor counterpart... just that would be a HUGE help.
I don't see why we HAVE to fit a cpu low slot module to even fit a Capital Shield Transporter.... it's stupid

So we can have a nice 4-5 threads with a couple hundred /signed so CCP wakes up and realize the Chimera is still majorly broken.
If we are VERY lucky, we might get it fix in the next 6-8 month

I fit my Thanatos fine, not a single fitting module required, but my alts Phoenix, with max skills can't manage a simple fit without a good co-processor. :( I mean, we're not talking about oversized modules here, we're talking about the fit that you have to fit...
Why I need 1 co-pro to fit a single shield booster, when other races can fit 2 ! armor reppers without one... I dunno.

Because that extra PDS or CPR would give you too much sustainability compared to an armor tank using rechargers. Oh wait.

I can fit a chimera with only T2 stuff to tank around 4500dps (overall resistances) and have around 1 capital shield transfer and 1 capital energy transfer, iirc.
Granted capital shield transfer do need way too much CPU and there is missing a capital equivalent to a LSB (current capital booster is a capital equivalent to an XLSB which is totally oversized for most uses).
Still it is WRONG that caldari capitals don't have enough CPU.
There ARE proper fittings that make them absolutely comparable if not superior to other capitals with only T2 modules. You just have to use your brain a little.

Caldari caps do need more CPU.
Just think about the caldari state, the guys that designed the cap ships that can't fit their roles were surely hung and exposed on the puclic place of the new caldari capital.
Maybe they were just Gallente saboters?

You do know that other carriers fit more than one capital module for tanking and support? We NEED a co-pro to fit ONE capital module tanking and ONE for support.
While you see the other carriers with TWO capital module for tanking and TWO and sometimes THREE capital module for support.
Oh and our cap sucks balls... while i see the other carriers tanking and repping their fleet easily.

Having to sacrifice a low slot for every hislot I fit is a bit ri-god-damned-diculous.
Oh and while you're at it, reduce Triage to require only Logistics 4 (as it was initially advertised) since it's already only worthwhile for repairing POS's--can't rep other triage carriers, can't rep dreads. Unless you're fielding 4 or 5 other carriers its better to just field your drones and use non-triage remote reppers...at least then you can run away if the damage dealers have to warp.

As I have posted ALL CALDARI CAPS NEED A CPU BOOST (Chimera, Phoenix, Wyvren, Leviathan)
I can't see why CCP just can't double the CPU on all caps, it's not like it will allow us to fit anything else. Just gives us our freedom back.
