Get one of your friends in the alliance to courier your stuff out (you did make at least one friend, right?)
Put them up as a contract to sell, at a discount.
Or put them up with a reasonable collatral as a courier contract, and with a reward of a similar amount to the discount you would have given if you had wanted to sell stuff.

"fair" was to mean a "fair" profit. Almost everything in 0.0 is more expensive than empire. Some of you don't seem to have a clue about 0.0 life, so why comment on it. There is another post in CAOD and I will no longer be posting to two threads on the same subject.

We've been more than reasonable about this entire situation. I don't know what else we can do to appease Dalanoria.
Just a thought, take all his stuff, put it in a freighter and have him pay a relocation fee.

It's not that this sorry individual disrespected the corp in TS, she/he/it disrespected everybody she came across. Even after doing the whole 'finger' in local with several of its corpmates in a 0.0 system and they said rather point blank that it was uncalled for. So it started smacking their allies in local, and the local war targets, and anyone else who told it to shut up.
So, I say FREGE did right by kicking it from the corp and they should not ever allow it anywhere near their space, much less able to pick up the few pieces of low end goods left behind. Let 'em sit in the hangar and gather dust.

I'm really sorry to hear this. It's not good gamesmanship. It's just another situation where a corp full of cheap losers is using "Meta Gaming" as an excuse for being bung-cavities.
I just love the whole "Suspected" spy thing. How Rich!
I "Suspect" your former corp members are sad idiots.
Think of it this way, be happy there is 0.0 space. It gets all those hyper-sensitive power control freaks out of empire space, and gives you a nice place to visit them- when you really want to.
Rejoice, for the moron kings of outer space have identified themselves. After all, how a person plays a game, even the game of life, speaks about them personally.
Assuming you are not a spy, and I'm making that assumption, move on with a glad heart that karma, the great equalizer, can level alliances.
I've seen it happen.

Is this a joke?? It's 0.0! That's the POINT of 0.0!! A lot of risk and a lot of reward, these things happen. I got scammed a few days ago and lost 3/4 of everything I own in game, but I understand that is the risk of trading without much experience. If you play EVE you should enjoy the game for these dynamics, DO NOT give this player their belongings back, allowing them to sell is generous enough.

I do not know the full situation, so it is perfectly possible that they have something to base their suspicions on. Besides, if the stuff is in Dalanoria's own hangar and not the corp-hangar, they will not have access to it, so getting them as part of a scam is rather pointless.
Only advise I can give you is to rejoin your corp if they ever let you, grab your stuff and get the heck out again...

We have offered to buy back his things at Jita prices +5%.
We will not allow him safe passage through our space or access to any Alliance materials. He had the option of leaving on friendly terms with his things, but decided to go on a f-bomb (among other obscenities) tirade instead. His lack of respect and vulgar language, coupled with his threats of force against us have left us no choice, but the one given to Dalanoria.
We consider the ball in Dalanoria's court. It is up to Dalanoria to decide what is to be done. As far as DNS and Frege is concerned, this matter is closed.

I find it amazing all the people saying to give the stuff back, since these are the ones who always claim eve is like real life, if any alliance took any of you in, and after you brought all your stuff down, kicked you out, that's well within game mechanics as they say and un petitionable, who told you to be so trusting? Is that not the phrase you pundits like to kick around? If people can't be trusted for 1v1 why should they be trusted with all your stuff worth billions in their hangar.
that being said, I sympathize with the OP, and Frege sucks anyway. Everyone is so paranoid about this and that and spies and blah blah now, no one can be fair to no one no more, the slight suspicion he's a spy and you treat him like crap. if you have suspicion and no proof, move his stuff out problem solved.
If he wants to grief you with a pilgrim, he can get one elsehwere and come back down to your space anyway. -- greater love hath no man than this; that a man lay down is life for his friends. |

If you had cared to read the thread, you would have seen that such provisions were offered before the OP exploded and basically cussed everyone out. Since the OP's outburst, the offer has been retracted and the goods have been offered to be purchased at a 5% markup of Jita. So, FREGE has offered what you stated they should, but the OP's unnecessary outburst resulted in the offer being retracted. Here it is. Isn't it unique? |

They had every right to kick a suspected spy, and they definatly didn't have to offer the suspected spy the opportunity to get their stuff. After said spy suspect's outburst, they really, really didn't have to offer the buy the stuff for a fair profit. They are being very generous in my opinion.

It's 100% fair. Being kicked from a corp is the chance you take when you join one. Having your possessions destroyed or lost is the chance you take when you are anywhere in 0.0. This happened to me. All you have to do is train up some low level trade skills and sneak out there to sell your stuff. Rule of thumb, don't keep more stuff in 0.0 than you have in empire, that way the loss can never be too much to bear. If you are more adventurous, join the corp with an alt, and think of a way to get your stuff back. Plenty of options out there besides whining on the forums about it.

Dalanoria? AH! Ah HA HA! The little twit that was throwing the middle finger up in local every time she saw a war target? You guys kicked her and locked down all her stuff? Oh, bloody rich hilarity there, I'll post it to our corp mail, they'll get a real laugh out of this.
I cannot imagine that she has a mil in her hangar or wallet, tho, since I never saw her in anything bigger than a nuub ship or pod (both popped nicely).
Good job, FREGE, good work there, and that coming from your enemy.
Keep her stuff locked down. :) Oh... and yes, she is a BoB alt.
Yes, that Dalanoria.
Tossing the whines in COAD and in this forum won't get your stuff back. As a fellow FREGE CEO, DNS did the right thing and has been MORE then equitable regarding purchasing the said equipment.
If you would have been in my corp and it was discovered you were spying, which is the same as stabbing us in the back, you would be old, grey and senile before you saw anything you left in a corp hangar. You should take the DNS buy out offer and STFU.

Right.... if you are a political moron!
If I were the OP, after the treatment he was given, I'd join BOB, right freaking now, and hand them this juicy alliance with any information he has.
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. If he was "suspected" any sane government would keep very close tabs on him... short leash... but oh so close.
No this is a case of an incompetent 0.0 government.
Look at what he is being accused of:
1. He's "suspected" of being a spy: Great- but they have no proof.
2. He used the "F-Bomb": Ok he got angry and went off. Big deal.
FREGE is apparently a bunch of slaptards. When BOB comes for them- they'll just roll over and start kicking each other out for spying.
What a country!
Gotta luv alts who smack. You don't hae a clue what you are talking about. I probably oughta include an IBTL, as this is getting silly.
