I'm not sure that it will do any good petitioning this, as I don't see it as a scam.
I do not know the full situation, so it is perfectly possible that they have something to base their suspicions on. Besides, if the stuff is in Dalanoria's own hangar and not the corp-hangar, they will not have access to it, so getting them as part of a scam is rather pointless.
Only advise I can give you is to rejoin your corp if they ever let you, grab your stuff and get the heck out again...

It's not an option. His items are in his corp hangar and he can't dock here. He's a suspected spy and we're not going to let him come here to take his Pilgrim and undock in our space. Especially after his tirade and threats he's made against us.
We've been more than reasonable about this entire situation. I don't know what else we can do to appease Dalanoria.

You're exercising control of his stuff (I won't call it property) while offering him less than what he considered fair value for them on a take it or leave it basis? That's theft. He values his in-game possessions for more than he could readily sell them, otherwise they'd no longer be his possessions. Meet his price or give him his stuff.
If you don't want him in your station/in your space/etc for some other reason you should work out a way to get him his stuff somewhere in empire. Might a courier contract work for this? Regardless of what he may have done, doing this doesn't make you look good.
Alternately he could transfer control of his character to a third party you both consider trustworthy to handle moving his possessions out of your station. If he's making a big deal out of it the transfer fees shouldn't be an issue.

if you suspect bob spyness but are not 100% sure, i think you should give him the benefit of the doupt and help him move out. I know if i got called a spy i'd be rather upset (in an angry kind of way, not a boohoo kind of way). It's highly possible you're driving somebody out of the game just for security reasons, and would harm nobody to let him get his stuff. Of course, if you're pretty certain who gives a ****. ---

hey hey
DONT give her stuff back, dont even accept any contract from her. If you suspect her of being a spy then you had 100% right to boot her. Its gutting i'll admit but its EvE and well within game mechanics.
If this was reversed then everyone would be screaming at you that you sould have protected your corp, assets, system etc. etc. the fact that someone actually done the right thing to protect themselves should deserve a small congrats.
Ive never done anything worthy of being kicked from my corp and if i had i would expect the kicking. Id also like to note that i also have loads of items/ships stuck in deep 0.0 stations where they have een overrun or my corp has left the alliance it belonged to.
Tbh **** happens and ya gotta deal with it. If you pettitioned and got your stuff /moved it wouldnt be fair and everyone else who has docking rights revoked or looses a station etc. etc. could automagically get their stuffÖ If you were a victim of a membership scam then id agree with you but thats about the only time i would.

It shouldn't be petitionable, but both sides should be able to reach an understanding. FREGE has protected their corp assets/info/etc against a suspected threat. With that done, they should work with the OP to find an equitable solution. EVE is a PVP game. We rely on the good sportsmanship of our in-game "friends" and our in-game "enemies" to enjoy it. Effectively removing someone from the game cheapens it for everyone else. _____ Heat Warfare |

you don;t have to undock, just put it on the market for 3 months, and jump back to old body 24 hours later. They can;t kill the clone, and you can access the, so if you do not undock, and you can use it again later, if stuff does not sell within 3 months.

nah that won't work best way is to sell them to corps/alliances/individuals there for less then market price take your loss and get to empire.
or set contract auctions for hangar clearout.
nobody sane would transport stuff from the drone regions to empire for a booted member by a contract.
might be a idea if you had members in the corp you are booted from that you still really trust to let them carier jump it up? (you can still do that by a contract but you need people in your former corp that trust you). if that is not the case...... well no other choice then sell them with a small loss.

This is why this whole thing is more than a bit silly. If he were a spy he'd be insanely stupid to put all of his assets under the thumb of the entity he is fighting against. Whatever the details are, the parties should work something out so everyone is happy. We're all adults, or at least we play them on the internet.
If he were a spy perhaps. On the other hand, if he were a spy he wouldn't have all of his stuff in that station and it wouldn't be an issue. _____ Heat Warfare |

Deal with it. With BASIC trade skills you can setup sell orders from within the same system, with a few k sp in there you can do it from 5 systems out. Anything that isn't packaged you can put on a hangar clearout contract from ANYWHERE in the galaxy. Anything in 0.0 easily sells for more than in empire, except the rat loot in that specific region.
Judging by the other replies, you're not the kind of personality I would want in a corp. Good job kicking him Frege.

Well this just made sure i wouldnt join a frege corp. This is beyond idiotic and vindictive.
Give proof or let this stuff go...Btw if this is a BOB spy you better hope it isnt a high placed one. Or maybe they will just come and take it. Honestly petition the whole friggin alliance and let the GM's sort it out. I hate BOB as much as the next guy but this kind of hit basically would make sure i hit the unsubscribe button. As for 'Fair prices' I call BS on that. Especially when you put it in quotes what you offering 1 isk per item?
Asshattery at its finest. It shows just how far some people take this game. Personally i just pod and be done with it. This is overkill and bad form. Give the player back the property and let this end.
That or if the player actually IS a bob spy just wait. Odds are you will lose the system within 2 weeks. *shrug* You people are hereby reminded its JUST A GAME. It isnt like the player was trying to remove secret documents in his PANTS or stuff. By the way frege just how many spies you got in BOB anyway? Probably more than they got in Frege i would imagine. I hope your spies arent found out. Or its likely now they will be just as vindictive... By the by...why the hell would a spy keep so much stuff at the enemy base? I mean come on!

who cares if the "spy" gets his/her stuff before getting kicked? going to nuke you all with some hidden DD while moving the stuff when your possibly hiding from sutch events inside a station shivering?

Get one of your friends in the alliance to courier your stuff out (you did make at least one friend, right?)
Put them up as a contract to sell, at a discount.
Or put them up with a reasonable collatral as a courier contract, and with a reward of a similar amount to the discount you would have given if you had wanted to sell stuff.

It's not that this sorry individual disrespected the corp in TS, she/he/it disrespected everybody she came across. Even after doing the whole 'finger' in local with several of its corpmates in a 0.0 system and they said rather point blank that it was uncalled for. So it started smacking their allies in local, and the local war targets, and anyone else who told it to shut up.
So, I say FREGE did right by kicking it from the corp and they should not ever allow it anywhere near their space, much less able to pick up the few pieces of low end goods left behind. Let 'em sit in the hangar and gather dust.

I just love the whole "Suspected" spy thing. How Rich!

Think of it this way, be happy there is 0.0 space. It gets all those hyper-sensitive power control freaks out of empire space, and gives you a nice place to visit them- when you really want to.
Rejoice, for the moron kings of outer space have identified themselves. After all, how a person plays a game, even the game of life, speaks about them personally.

Is this a joke?? It's 0.0! That's the POINT of 0.0!! A lot of risk and a lot of reward, these things happen. I got scammed a few days ago and lost 3/4 of everything I own in game, but I understand that is the risk of trading without much experience. If you play EVE you should enjoy the game for these dynamics, DO NOT give this player their belongings back, allowing them to sell is generous enough.

We have offered to buy back his things at Jita prices +5%.
We will not allow him safe passage through our space or access to any Alliance materials. He had the option of leaving on friendly terms with his things, but decided to go on a f-bomb (among other obscenities) tirade instead. His lack of respect and vulgar language, coupled with his threats of force against us have left us no choice, but the one given to Dalanoria.
We consider the ball in Dalanoria's court. It is up to Dalanoria to decide what is to be done. As far as DNS and Frege is concerned, this matter is closed.

I find it amazing all the people saying to give the stuff back, since these are the ones who always claim eve is like real life, if any alliance took any of you in, and after you brought all your stuff down, kicked you out, that's well within game mechanics as they say and un petitionable, who told you to be so trusting? Is that not the phrase you pundits like to kick around? If people can't be trusted for 1v1 why should they be trusted with all your stuff worth billions in their hangar.
that being said, I sympathize with the OP, and Frege sucks anyway. Everyone is so paranoid about this and that and spies and blah blah now, no one can be fair to no one no more, the slight suspicion he's a spy and you treat him like crap. if you have suspicion and no proof, move his stuff out problem solved.
If he wants to grief you with a pilgrim, he can get one elsehwere and come back down to your space anyway. -- greater love hath no man than this; that a man lay down is life for his friends. |

If you had cared to read the thread, you would have seen that such provisions were offered before the OP exploded and basically cussed everyone out. Since the OP's outburst, the offer has been retracted and the goods have been offered to be purchased at a 5% markup of Jita. So, FREGE has offered what you stated they should, but the OP's unnecessary outburst resulted in the offer being retracted. Here it is. Isn't it unique? |

They had every right to kick a suspected spy, and they definatly didn't have to offer the suspected spy the opportunity to get their stuff. After said spy suspect's outburst, they really, really didn't have to offer the buy the stuff for a fair profit. They are being very generous in my opinion.

It's 100% fair. Being kicked from a corp is the chance you take when you join one. Having your possessions destroyed or lost is the chance you take when you are anywhere in 0.0. This happened to me. All you have to do is train up some low level trade skills and sneak out there to sell your stuff. Rule of thumb, don't keep more stuff in 0.0 than you have in empire, that way the loss can never be too much to bear. If you are more adventurous, join the corp with an alt, and think of a way to get your stuff back. Plenty of options out there besides whining on the forums about it.

We've been more than reasonable about this entire situation. I don't know what else we can do to appease Dalanoria.
Dalanoria? AH! Ah HA HA! The little twit that was throwing the middle finger up in local every time she saw a war target? You guys kicked her and locked down all her stuff? Oh, bloody rich hilarity there, I'll post it to our corp mail, they'll get a real laugh out of this.
I cannot imagine that she has a mil in her hangar or wallet, tho, since I never saw her in anything bigger than a nuub ship or pod (both popped nicely).
Good job, FREGE, good work there, and that coming from your enemy.
Keep her stuff locked down. :) Oh... and yes, she is a BoB alt.
Yes, that Dalanoria.
Tossing the whines in COAD and in this forum won't get your stuff back. As a fellow FREGE CEO, DNS did the right thing and has been MORE then equitable regarding purchasing the said equipment.
If you would have been in my corp and it was discovered you were spying, which is the same as stabbing us in the back, you would be old, grey and senile before you saw anything you left in a corp hangar. You should take the DNS buy out offer and STFU.

Right.... if you are a political moron!
If I were the OP, after the treatment he was given, I'd join BOB, right freaking now, and hand them this juicy alliance with any information he has.
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. If he was "suspected" any sane government would keep very close tabs on him... short leash... but oh so close.
No this is a case of an incompetent 0.0 government.
Look at what he is being accused of:
1. He's "suspected" of being a spy: Great- but they have no proof.
2. He used the "F-Bomb": Ok he got angry and went off. Big deal.
FREGE is apparently a bunch of slaptards. When BOB comes for them- they'll just roll over and start kicking each other out for spying.
What a country!

From what I have seen and heard, it is kick first ask questions later in 0.0. Information is valuable. Thus, if you suspect someone is spying on all of your comms, best to remove them ASAP.
As for the exploding, it was not necessary and included a threat. Does any real world national government allow people who openly threaten them to waltz through the front door?
I see DNS acting with paranoia, but from things I have seen, it was to an appropriate reaction to the suspicion. Here it is. Isn't it unique? |

You miss the point:
1. You kicked a "spy". Whether or not he *is* a spy doesn't matter- his information will be used against you.... NOW
2. You named terms for his personal assets. Were he a spy he wouldn't have had assets of consequence, and probably would have not made a peep.
3. YOU (*******!) took the bait by responding to his post, defending your alliance to the last. (Which by the way opens you up to criticism.)
4. You attack the messenger with the whole "He posts as an alt" garbage.
You aren't effectively governing at all.
Advice: Shutup and run your alliance.

Out of curiosity, why defend this one instance of such so vehemently? What about all the other people that were booted from a corp and lost stuff in 0.0? What about all the people who lost stuff to their station being conquered? What makes this one special? That they were a suspected spy? How is kicking someone you don't trust different from kicking someone that you don't like or that is intentionally offensive against corp rules? Here it is. Isn't it unique? |

Since this game is competitive, you wish to beat others. They use spies. Therefore, you must account for this. How is this paranoia not playing the game? 1. lol yeah all the secret frege information (hint they are a big alliance living in the drone regions) most big alliances don't give uber secret intel to members who are less then a month in corp. asside of that what big alliance in eve would possibly care about the drone regions?
2. having a pilgrim on a spy alt in hostile space is not unhandy but I personally don't think he is a spy. still if he joins a corp where the rule is if we for whatever reasson don't want you in the corp the first month you are with us (afaik they had that rule) we boot you no harm done. well he got booted within that time got the ability to move his stuff out but he go all angry on vent. and then wonder why he won't get his stuff moved out by his former alliancem8s.
3. I think my personal respect for frege has grown after this tbh but for those who don't know how 0.0 work yeah frege might lost some respect.
4. I think he tried to say that if you don't dare to say what you post now on your main is the information then relevant or important enough to read.
pelf really it is not unheard of that people are booted from there corp and well to lose docking rights/other way to move stuff out rights then you need to screw it up badly most corps don't mind helping members out when they hear they got booted.

I do not "know" Ferge, and I do not know th op so all I have to go on are the two(?) posts about this and I am having troubles seing what else they should have done. If they had been vindictive they had said: "sure come and get it, you have docking rights for another hour" and then just ganked him, podded him and hoped that he had not moved the clone so they could pod him again getting some SP's down.
Ohh, and to all you who tells him to join BoB....what can I say... I acctually think that is degrading towards BoB. Do you realy think they'd accept what might well be a tripple or quadruple agent/spy master? I thought that BoB allways where accused of being the masters of social engineering and I have not realy seen such mastery here...more like social suicide bombing

First of all, it's FREGE (Free Galactic Enterprises). Secondly, I don't understand where you're getting a "stunt" from. We're not running some sort of scam to keep his items hostage. If you had cared to read any of the many posts and tried to understand any of them, maybe you would have figured that out. Lastly, it is not in our interest to allow a pilot who has openly threatened our pilots to dock in our station in a combat ship. While his demise would be swift, the potential of him taking someone down with him, or escaping into space to cloak in our outpost system is unacceptable. It's also a tremendous waste of time and effort waiting for him to undock.
As for your last comment, if you're blue to us, you would have access to intel channels that would help you avoid being nuked. Half the universe camps that system at various times of the day. It is a major pipe for several of the alliances (blue and red) in the nearby regions.
