Well, smart customers usually pay the toll and go free, because its much cheaper. But sometimes people dont have the money, or dont want to part with their money;

Actually I think its quite hilarious lol. Even though we fight these guys you can't help but admire the way they do business
If its one thing that pi$$es people off its a pirate.. but to get a nice pirate..... good god, that must drive them insane.
Hey those logs were a blast to read, maybe you guys can create a site that has some more funny logs?? Would be kinda cool and give me something to read while in class :)

I can't believe people fly around with no insurance at all. Even self destructing with 50% insurance would have been better deal for these guys.

that might not be the case, even with basic insurance its way cheaper to almost give the ship away if they have implants

Well if you're caught by one of us with no insurance and lots of implants, the tolls we charge are VERY reasonable, even if we "buy" your ship. If you want to die, fine np, but i dont think paying the toll if you dont want to lose your ship is stupidity all. Would i pay? No, because i have more than enough to get a new battleship. But in the situation of guy with a few mil in the bank, paying is by far the smartest thing to do, if you can get over your pride that is. I wouldnt expect you to pay though sutty

Wow, those are some amazing logs
I suppose people that don't have insurance and/or have implants would be well served to pay up. I consider it the realization of their risks vs the rewards or lessened risks they could've had if they had just insured their vessel.
On the flip side, this does remind me of Pu**ycat's incident ("Stop I will pay you".) I know that controverted SI's internal policy of never paying to exit a system/save a ship/save a clone etc. Goes to show everyone can make mistakes - hopefully the folks in your logs learn from them so they will feel less fear or possibly even retaliate against such piratery.
Oh, and nice chase this morning! I thought I had you - I even stopped at the gate I expected you to flee through after your pod escaped me at the jump in. Good show!
