I think ED are blue to both Goonswarm and RA, but The Establishment has shot and continues to shoot us, so there's no conflict of interests here. If EST wanted to be set blue because they were working with our allies they should have contacted the diplomats of xDEATHx and RA, they didn't so they lost their mothership to them. There was no backstabbing.
Take all the standings issues out of the equation, there was a good 60 seconds between the interdictor dropping a bubble on the convoy (which had ships blue to you in it) and the support arriving.
During this time and throughout the following 15 minutes of combat, Ethreal Dawn themselves continualy informed you that the convoy was carrying Ethreal Dawn property. The fact you continued to engage shows COMPLETE disregard for your allies just to get a kill. Don't try and paint it anyother way because they all knew what the deal was with the convoy.
The deal was YOU FAILED escorting freighters for ED.

I'm not much of a fan of supercaps, but I always kind of liked The Establishment. They always seemed more lighthearted than most others who would mess around with broken supercaps.
Though yeah, somebody else said it better, but of all the supercaps out there, Hera was probably the one I'd least like to see dead. The Establishment are good fellas and I hope they keep on enjoying EVE. |

Congratulations to the killers of Hera,
and congratulations to the Establishment for making her the most well known mothership in game by bringing her into action over and over again.

I also thank all Hera's fans, friend and foe alike who've amazingly started donating ISK to fund her sucessor. No such action was asked of you and you have my thanks for doing so
Hats off to you sir. You are a genuinely nice guy who always fielded my questions in a friendly manner. I am genuinely happy to see that you got your minutes of guns a blazin and taking as much of the opposition that was around you as possible before succumbing to the horde.
I can assure you from experience that going down without being able to counterpunch at all isn't anything I'd wish on anyone...even my sworn enemies.
I know Hera II will be just as feared as the original. That is ofc if you follow through with the idea of reacquisition. I hope you do....I know I'm reacquiring a mom to replace my loss :) It's just not the same flying anything else after having a long run in a mothership.

What it is really is that their allies didn't respect a contract and let things go. When someone has allies that hold grudges like this, you really cant work with them as a merc. -------------------

um it took 16 months, how many failed alliances have you been in during that time?
It took a matter of days since the circlejirk thread. How many alt corps have you been in since then?

Why dont ya ask Tyraxx how he made his Aeon magically disappear when it was bubbled and on the verge of destruction? Cough, Cough logoff exploit, cough.
Props to the Establishment for taking a loss like that and being good sports about it.

Condolences EST.
That thing inspired utter awe as only a newb can experience it the first time I saw it, and cost me a brutix the second time :)
Gang chat was something like this:
FC: Warp to cyno. Me: OMW FC: No! It's the Nyx! Me: Already in warp :( FC: Sending ISK for your ship....
LOL, I think we'll all miss her. She was something special in eve. We were discussing this on TS and a corpie suggested erecting a monument at the G-5 gate in Assah. I second the motion :)

I would sign my respect if it were not for EST trying to pass this of as some kind of blue on blue act of betrayal.
How childish of them to cry foul when they are victims of NBSI in 0.0 when they act out NBSI in empire themselves, killing allies of potential "clients"
