Hmm guys few months ago we had threads like this talking about unplayable lag when theres 300 in local.. now its 600.. Its getting better all the time.. but we just keep bringing more and more and more.. people.. if this time next year the server can handle 900.. or 1200.. we'll (collectively) bring that number..

Sucks that you cant get a game out of this, these kinds of enormous fleet battles should be awesome and maybe one day they will be.
Just be glad there is (afaik) no titan there to DD the whole thing tbh.

Remove drones from the game imo.
They do more damage to the eve servers than they do to the ships.

Before it all did crash I saw 700+ in local.
Wainting at the gate, heard from LXW hostiles warping in...saw nothing, then 10 mins. after I saw 3.heh, then I was told to warp out...and I arrived at a place in half armor, warping back couldnt see anything, saw a BS locked it, nodecrash

Dude,
Dont think you will see any chest beating. This should have been an epic battle instead its just lag and desync central. I completely agree with you this is unplayable
