Tell you what - why dont you first ask your OWN corp members and directors.
That way i dont have to post up the emails and embarass you further.
Despite the recent claims of Xanadu neither myself nor EG are "at war" with the FA. Unfortunately any attmept to stifle or force EG to kowtow to publishing only what an alliance wants to read will ALWAYS be met with vehement opposition.
Again: Ask your OWN corp first. See if they tell you the truth they obviously aven't decided to share with you so far.

FA never threatened to sue EG - owner of website did legally as you illegaly linked to content on there site without permission which is as a journalist against the law. Also given you blatant biased open comments and content on EG how do you think your fooling about being a person of the free press, utter pugwash. SO please once again stop posting liable content, you'll get in alot of trouble one day if you get into the habbit now. I did send you some helpful hints on how to write a unbiased article but seems I neglected to include the decoding book on how to decipher it, One english dictionary in the post sir - sorry about that.
As for you kill ratio (again wrong given what I know), then lets highlight shooting ships when your President had organised a ceasefire only for him to sneak an attack at Y-2 and get podded was like so sad, like we DONT trust you now `CFS` and as for you well mr puppetmaster your days are over and the trusth has provailed in the past and will now. Bottom line FA dont trust you AFAIK, I sure dont having analysed all that you have said and done. All I find is a wannabe despot trying to stir things up and pull strings and abusing his control of the EG website. We know you dont like the FA - heck everybody knows that. Just read EG and its pretty dammed clear it verbatimnises your propaganda here. Though in that respect its better than Viz ;o).
BTW I would like to say sorry to M0o for what is essential stealing there hunting ground and FA forces will try not to get in there way so we dont spoil any chains they might have running whilst farming CFS.
Well thats all my words said - see you in local one way or another and its just a shame for the nice people in CFS who seem to suffer the actions of the few.

If that's true then what's the point to order the Fountain Alliance to leave Delve or face war with the CFS? It's my understanding the Fountain Alliance had been willing to share.

I wont excuse your lack of knowledge about my person. Mainly because its clealry been stated in this thread.
Im not a journalist. Im a founder, not a reporter at EG. If you are going to try to **** somebody off it helps to target the right person.
And if you KNOW who sent the emails why were you trying to insinuate they never threatened to sue EG? And i told you to ask your Corp who sent it... I have never stated WHO sent it. Again - it HELPS to be accurate when pointing out supposed errors.

Ok XAN NEVER nor ever has threatened EG with leagal action at all, Now ironicly given you have constantly propergated this LIE then they could sue you for liable and harrasment.
AGAIN The oenwr of a website who you linked to with prio permission or concent in ANY way was asked to remove said link by said owner as they are entiteled to by law. Let me explain , if you want to link/steal other people content then you must either have there mutual concent to do so or as hads been laid out by prior case's you may link but must remove at once when requested by the owner of said domain you are linking too.
I believe that explains it simpy enough for even you to finaly comprehend. I hope so cause its these many lie's and inflated falsies that make you look like the Iraw information minister, heck if he'd not been caputered I'm sure the FBI would be doing a visit to your house just to make sure you so good at it.

The EDITOR of EVE Guardian was provided with full legal documentation detailing the LAW regarding that issue.
And the FACT that the link remains and no action was undertaken resolves the issue of right and wrong.
The mere FACT that a legal threat ensued, ignoring ANY attempt to resolve the issue by talking or even, gasp, roleplaying via the PLO position that the FA have spurned, CLEARLY shows the intent and attitude of those responsible.

That ANYBODY considers the use of legal threats the correct way to deal with any issue with EVE Guardian is disgusting to 99.99% of gamers everywhere.
Take your issues up with EG who have been provided with the correct legal information on thsi issue and whom ahve not been sued as they were correctly advised.
Furthermore you accusations herein are also wrong. Get real and get a life. I really am not interested in dicussing much with people who instantly resort to legal threats to try to get their way.

I have to say that anyone issuing rl threats (legal or overwise) over a game does need to take a chill-pill, have a long sit down and then brew a nice cup of tea.
Roleplayed political intrigue is super entertainment all round, but sometimes you do need to take a stroll round the block and remind yourself that whatever happens you get to keep your car and house and rl!
