Seriously, if FA moved in to Delve in believes that CFS lawĘs give them right to take unclaimed stations. Why did FA then take a station clamed by Genco by force?
It wouldnĘt be a problem to share resources in CFS space with FA. But FA it really lookĘs like u want it all and not share, like u do with fountain.
CFS is an open society, so understand the fear that delve and region below would be closed by FA like u have done in fountain.

Why try to take over it from CFS then? if u intend to apply the same law's as CFS?
It must have been a smother way to solve it, than move in forces and take already claimed stations! If that isnĘt an aggression. I donĘt know what is!

Damnit stop pulling bs outta your butts. No one paid us to attack CFS. Fountain didn't use us for a diversion. Its relatively simple actually. CFS=suckzor=die=nublars. We just helped them along by blowing up 15 bs's and significant other support ships.

im soooo sick of hearing bout cfs law.... drawn up by a rl lawyer.
we came we saw we took the stations live with it or die with it. your choice
declare war on fa and tbh you thought you had problems with 10 moo bs
to the rest of eve delve will be open.

FA and CFS were 60+ jps apart, now they are 1 jp apart. Let's face it. Both FA and CFS have the same right on Delve region. FA previously didn't "claim" it cause they were not connected. Now they are, and FA moved in a part of their forces.
Honestly, you are forced to work together or face the consequences of a long and hard war.
Your choice, but I don't think the CFS can fight off the FA.

The difference is:
CFS Is not and never has been in the position to defend their territory, the CFSN is a joke and quite frankly had FA not took control of those stations then Pirates would have, and there would have been little CFS could do about it except complain.
You should feel lucky that FE or someone ele hasnt decided to make Delve there new home, at least with FA you would be safe.
Also to CFS you do realise CA cancled the NAP, and yet you want to go to war with what is probably the second richest Alliance in the game?
You should think hard about that, and about how screwed you members will be if you go to war with several regional alliances.

What did CFS do when Mo0 attacked? died and didnt fight back much at all. FA however fought back, and had it been a 1 on 1 fight between Mo0 and FA when FA had finally mobilised it would have been a very spectacular and very laggy fight.
Just curious but this talk of arrogance makes me wonder how you think CFSN could protect those stations when you cant even defend your home region.

Naturally m0o like to stir things up everywhere and tell that Allliance A fought better than Alliance B and then a few days later reverse it, just for the laughs as Alliance A scrambles to be recognized as the "most worthy" victim.
As for CFS Navy almost pleading to m0o to come and "teach us a lesson"... are you seriously gonna crawl to m0o who, if you didn't notice, are slaughtering you at this very moment?
You want to cut off your right arm by going to war against FA when m0o has nearly sawn your left arm off? What exactly is the CFS' goal then? To fight absolutely hopeless battles?
I don't know about you guys but if I was CFS I would be having very serious thoughts on the leadership in the alliance.
You were in productive talks about using Delve which would be protected by FA forces (preventing overextending CFS Navy which has lots of other places to look out for), then all of a sudden Empyrean Federation comes in and starts shouting war slogans and last night your president... yes, CFS president, was gatecamping in Y-2ANO in Fountain?
Now just how badly did he want a war to do a stupid thing like that? How badly do you the CFS members want a war on many fronts?

Oh yes, you mean the time when most of FA's military was sitting in GW fighting Curse. Ah now I remember, and shortly afterwards Mo0 got bored and left, ah yeah, and then shortly after FA kicked ten barrols of crap out of FE, a group of players who masaracred most alliances they engaged in the past, alliances far superior to CFS.
Oh and as for fighting less than CFS, CFS might enjoy sending their miners to die, but FA are not that stupid, and while the Military was away, the miners had no hope at fighting off Mo0 and FE, thus why would they engage?
So your telling me that you would send your forces to their deaths blindly? Damn I didnt think there was anyone this naive playing.
Happy hunting, oh and I really cannot wait to see the look on your face when CA eventually invades, with a few of their friends from FE.
