Give it to GoonSwarm. Best that could happen is we get a titan with it and burn through RISE, CORM, ISS, DR that much quicker and doomsdaying their fleets all the while. At the least, we would buy 3 motherships and bascially just own **** up with Tolon at the wheel.

By the way, your setup needs to be adjusted. Either you have low-honor, or, you don't know how to fit a ship.
First, why do you need a PLATE? All that's going to do is increase your survivability. That doesn't matter.
Why do you have that shield booster? Do you actually plan to take hits respectively?
Clearly, this guy is a newbie, do not give him even 1 isk.
He's actually got a SHIELD BOOSTER? LOL. Come on. Who fits those?
Also, you don't need a web or point. When you fight with honor, your enemy has you jammed, so, what's the point?

If Goonswarm can't do it with the pilots and allies they already have, a titan or 3 x MS isn't going to bridge the gap.

Supercapitals would reduce the time required to implement the strategies which are currently being implemented. Saying 60B isk wouldn't help to speed up the process is a little disingenuous.

buy glitch an MS, or at least a carrier, that way im not just having the money...its going to good use lol joking
In all seriousness, do what your supposed to do with isk in this game, buy big flashy ships, and go and get them popped, taking everything you can with you. Go solo in a fully factioned Machariel or something. Enjoy your isk, go out in fully T2 stuff, knowing you have the isk to buy 100 more, and dont worry bout loosing it :)

sry to all those mails i left unanswered, but... seriously; i'll run this thing like any investment and would like at least the hint of checks&balances over it. trust goes both ways: if you really have nothing to show, don't bother. but creativity is strong in some pod dwellers 
as it stands atm, i'll be supporting those already busy down there (more or less directly). spice money hasn't flown yet - still need to wrap my head around some details.
