Hire us to mess them up in Empire. Then you've got that front covered.
ISS were notoriously lazy at not using alts to haul stuff to the hubs, i seem to recall. And we're cheap, so it won't make a dent in the 60 bill.

With the spare change, pay Privateers to Empire dec them, KIA and Burn Eden for the back up mercs, and spend whats left on a couple of carriers and a few hundred fighters to do some station camping.

ISSO has paid back dividends for 9 consecutive months. It has already returned 45% of the IPO price to investors. 122 billion isk paid back already. They have fulfilled exactly what they set out to do in the IPO, despite sea changes in the markets and their own situations. IPO after IPO has fizzled out -- curiously without rants from the OP -- but ISSO has lasted, and done precisely what they promised to do.
The OP failed to grasp the ISSO IPO, and has been ranting with decreasing coherence about the topic in Market for months.
(But for a mere $10 billion, the ReeRee Brigade will say many naughty things about ISS!)

This is absolutely true. My ISSO dividend payments come in at the beginning of every month like clockwork.

Well With that much isk, there is, at that point, only 2 things you can really do with it. Invest your Isk to make even more ISK. Or, if that isn't your thing, You use your isk for your own pleasure / to change the face of EvE online. But pick something more interesting. You could have ISS blown away for less than that ^^. And screw MC, and more traditional forms of conventional combat.
I would say with this much isk, we take this out of the hands of efficient, and into the realm of legendary and epic.
Privateers would be good. But what would be awesome?
About 3000 T2 Fitted Velators would be awesome, and give them to Goon Swarm. Then send those at ISS and surely, surely they will fall, and it shall be epic.

ok, first you give 2bil to me so my main can get the fittings for her nyx, then you contact kiatolon and give him isk to make ISS a primary target and I can hot drop my nyx with goon support and blow the crap out of them. To take care of the empire end give a few mil to privateers alliance.
For more fun also hire KIA alliance, they are awesome mercs.

I've read your posts in market discussion and you are quite upset generally. I hope that this isn't affecting you in rl as really, honestly ISS is not worth the effort. As a former member, I left due to several reasons mostly in the "bad management" related area.
Just realize this, the IPO is different than the alliance. If the alliance wasn't around, the IPO could still survive (I said could, not a definite would).
The ISS died a long time ago. All that remains is an empty hulk of an alliance with no real ties to what is or was important. For the most part, the ones that really were ISS have left, with a few exceptions.
Hurting the people in the alliance isn't going to accomplish what you want to accomplish because as I stated, the IPO is a different beast.
Why not focus your energies on something else worthy of your attention and have fun in Eve. Trust me, when you do you will feel so much better.

sure i'm whining and i've had enough of it myself.
ask around with EGSE brokers and/or large IPO runners. i do have 60bil, partially in cash, partially available once i sell my shares for (very) attractive prices.
indeed, i do want to change the face of eve for the better. college is nearly over; i'm about to move out of the dorm soon and life will kick in. what good will 5bil/month dividends do then.

Hmm .. 60bn as revenge money? How much do you have invested, and if you're concerned about your investments, then surely putting 60bn into non-profitable revenge activities isn't going to put any extra isk in your pocket.

It took a lot of soul searching for me to trust ISS with my hard earned isk. I did and they haven't let me down.
