I think it was an ironic demonstration that when you start making value judgements about other peoples' content in order to get them censored, you can easily find it coming back to bite you on the ass. If you want real information on wars and such, use the SHC forum. In fact I believe it's part of CCP plan to make the forum so crappy people use third party site to get things done (eve-search, eve-files, and SHC forums) as to reduce cost. I might be wrong of course, and this whole thing has been going for years and is all due to mod incompetence...NOT. The content of the forums is (within limits) very much player driven. A problem from this is none of the players can actually place any "peer pressure" on other players if they are using alts to stop trolling. Someone im sure said it within the last 4 pages. If they spam, the mods got it under control. If its annoying you and you complain then you are helping them complete their objective. Its easy to do, I open it and read it and laugh at it just like when I read the entertainment of the tabloids, its the exact same thing. So to help you: 1) Dont read it 2) Read it and laugh and 3) DONT POST TO DRAW MORE ATTENTION TO IT (your right to do ofc, this is just helpful advice) Have a nice day.

Also, no one forces you to do anything. You do not even have to read CAOD, nor do you have to use any firefox plugin. I personally prefer filtering out what I do not like to read by myself, instead of having someone else do that for me.
