Easy solution: make a new subsection (like on SHC forum) where ppl have to ask the moderators for acces, and if one of them spams/trolls/wotever the mods can easily revoke their posting rights, making the forum all the more enjoyable for the rest of us.

Being stupid isn't a cause for censorship, it's grounds for being ignored. Everyone who wants to be safe in their cocoon of only reading cool posters can get the BoB-approved CAOD-Nanny. As for forum changes, they should disable editing in this forum, so people can't post blatantly imflammatory crap, let a few dozen people read it, then edit it out to something else 5 minutes later (a tactic that both sides of the Great War have been known to do). But censorship isn't the answer.
