If CCP were to sell scale models of the ships would you buy them? And how many?

If they were nice sized, had a good construction, and were at a reasonable price I would at least consider it. ___________

OMG Yes!!! I want a Cerb and Chimera on my desk. Each night id polish them, and make a little sticky arrow saying 'You are here'.
Then when i go for bio breaks, ill move it to the back of the ship ;)
Except the whole 'pod' concept goes out the window then...

Reasonably priced is the key issue here. I dont want to pay like games-workshop prices for a plastic miniature of an Eve ship.
But yeah, its been talked about before. I think we all would buy model kits for Eve ships.

Military modeling is one of my hobbies, if CCP were to release model kits for the ships I would definitely look at getting some. A Brutix or Tempest would look ideal parked next to my RAF Spitfire and T34 tank ----------------------------

I'd pay like 150 pound sterling for a good metal model of the 'Worm'. That ship is so nice.

Better yet, they need to release the chess set (like those guys were making in house). More people will buy it if it's more functional then just a "model"

If the above conditions were met I would grab the Raven. I don't know why people say it looks ugly; personally I think it looks awesome. Just like a technological, no artsy-crap, killing machine with advanced electronics systems "the spikes in front". Screw symmetry, asymmetry is beautiful if it's well balanced.

Even some wargaming miniatures would be cool, we could modify the Battlefleet Gothic rules.
Have you thought of that CCP? You have the card game, make a tabletop wargame! Games Workshop will give you some lessons in that area :P ----------------------------

I'm more of a put them on a stand on the bookshelf than hang it from the ceiling person, but whatever works.
Personally I'd rather see quality models even if they would be a bit expensive over cheaper but lower quality items.
