If an account is banned, are you allowed to sell your characters from that account for isk. Won't that open up the possibility of that banned person buying his character back, although albeit you can set up the price and agree on that on behalf of your banned characters. This could be interesting.

As he did RL threats, abter being warned and temporary banned for that before, he, the player, was permabanned. all his accounts where banned. If he is returned and CCp get prof that he is the same player, his caracters will be throw out of the game again.

As an old corpie thought you could transfer from a deactivated account but you can't, meaning had to pay for an extra months subscription :P So as can't reactivate a banned account i very doubtful you could tbh.

I mean, if you ban him for death threats then you consider him a hazard or an unwelcome presence. Just because he changes the mask doesn't mean he isn't a danger to other CCP customers. Even if he didn't mean those threats, well, if a person is willing to make the threat he's either very stupid, or occasionally forgets where to draw the line..hence, dangerous. I don't see why CCP should take the chance for $15, not when there are numerous cases of MMO murders in Korea and China.

Since my RL is partially spent, gone, playing Eve, if people blow up my stuff, that part of my RL is gone and cannot be recovered since the time has passed and I'm not able to get it back. Any in game consequence is like killing a portion of my RL, so the two are linked. Entangled. Anything in game is RL, but maybe not vice versa. No wonder I'm spun out.

In serious cases the order could include him moving his residence away from the city where you live or even the order to live in a specific city with him going every day to the local police station to certify his continual presence there.

This could be interesting. There's no way you can sell from a banned account, that would defeat the whole point. Even disregarding the possibility that they get it back, the ban is going to cost you all your isk and any value in that account, that's the whole POINT.

He has done many silly and damaging things to the EVE community in general and has had quite a few short bans in the past. He used exploits on numerous occasions and word had it he had his hand in a devs pocket also. The permanent ban was inevitable and im sure after a few of the exploits he was using was reported they where keeping a close eye on him. If hes back are well what will be will be and he'll be banned again. If hes not. GOOD.
