No. No real injuries. It's not there fault that they weren't trained when they were hired.
Just have a "live action" Torumnament. They can portray the losing team and be pelted with tomatoes...and eggs.

Guys take a moment to understand there has never been a system designed to handle the load and capacity that tranquility does everyday.
Get lost, you clueless apologetic fanboi. You have no idea about IT, QA and customer service.
I'm an MCSD qualified developer and I know a thing or two about big systems, I also have patience and temperament, something you obviously don't!
How is this system different from other large-scale MMOs that are up and running consistently right now?
Because TQ is an unsharded persistent world. Other games like WoW use extensive sharding to reduce server load. Some automagical edumacation Wiki

Is there any other MMO running 35000 simultaneously logged users on one server? Or 250000 subscribers on one server?

Edited by: Sky Marshal on 15/09/2007 14:28:57 Indeed, it would be good if CCP can compensate all players by offer few hours or one day of free play in our subscription, only in situations where crashs are really frequent and long.
As we can understand that a world like EvE is difficult to maintain online constantly, CCP must understand that it is always difficult to pay for hours of game that we can't profit, same if skill still works.
Also, I lose one day 75M of credits because a crash happens at the moment that I retrieve the wreck of a big NPC convoy. As 75M is not nothing for me (this would save me 4 hours of farming), this is always annoying...
This week, there was probably seven crashs of one of two hours nearly, and I will probably lose actualy a few skill time as I have one skill nearly complete.
So yes, a small compensation would be very appreciated by everyone.

I'll go back to Monster Hunter on the PS2 myself. Still trying to decide if I should get the Xbox 360 or PS3. I could always complete Tomb Raider Anniversary or Okami or Shadow of the Colossas or Naruto Uzamaki or one of the many other games that I haven't completed since I started playing, or at least trying to play, Eve.

Ffs, they should simply kick all those volunter's, and finali hire some people that DO KNOW how to do job. It cost's money, but hey: is this game free ? Seeems like those people in charge for game have forgoten golden life rule, dont fix if ain't broken.

Oh, is this a partial refund for the down time that occurred this month?
Why thank you very much.
I don't complain, but I don't expect to pay for downtime either, which I think is completely reasonable.
I expect my bill to be 1/2 of what is was last month.
