This is general discussion, and as such we are free to discuss things.
In addition, your argument is unaided by the fact that you seem to not properly understand the concept of the EULA or Services vs. Products and make irrational, nearly random comments about how CCP is evil...or something.

Doesn't the amount of people saying "It's not CCPs fault" and "It might be a problem at your end" tell you nothing?
Or is the general "*fingers in ears* Lalalalalalaaaaa!" defense apt here?

ok ret, i lost a full set of snakes some time ago when i was travelling through lowsec to fetch some of my shiny ships in preperation for a war.
some noobs (who shall remain nameless untill full retribution is dealt out) were smartbombing a gate in a lowsec system.
i'd warped to 0km and i stopped almost 4km short of the gate, there were no obstructions of any kind in my way. in other words, i had a clear run at the gate.
of course the smartbombing began and my shuttle went bang...well...it was a dull pop tbh...but before they started the smartbombs i'd been clicking the warp button like mad on a planet to get away.
the warp drive was active and i was alligning then i got a strange black screen (like the zoomed out veiw of a solar system) for about a minute then i appeared in my clone station. great! i thought...then 3-4 minutes AFTER i'd appeared in station my pod killmail arrived in my inbox leading me to beleive that my pod had somehow still been alive for those vital 3 or 4 minutes (i had a FULL set of snake implants so you can imagine my angst).
in short, ccp told me the same as they told you. that their logs didn't show any discrepancies at all and that everything was well with the server at the time in question. i know the system was lagged, the guys who nailed me knew the system was lagged...i thought i had a great case for reimbursement as well.
I don't accept it, and neither does anyone else who this sort of thing has happened to. i'm guilty of sending the gm's/devs/whatever some pretty ****ty mails in the past but i just get my head down and get back to where i was before.
eve has a nasty habit of kicking you when you think you're doing well.

There's always the chance that there was an error between your system and CCP's server. It wouldn't be the first time packet loss occurred and there's a decent chance it wouldn't show up on CCP's end. It sucks but perhaps you should figure out how to do a L4 without warping out or fly a ship you can afford to loose.

CCP took out the warning of warpscrambling frig/drones in mission sheets.
Now you learn the hard way. If you didn't kept up with the patch notes that is.

Actually I've had that warp error before. I started the warp out, the speed bar filled, I was aligned, but nothing happened. So I canceled, restarted it, but it was to late by then.
It was only a Caracal, but I got it back.
Seems that no matter what the circumstance though, you just don't get ships back anymore.

just give the guy a break and leave him be. he lost a 2bn ship last night. you'd be rather annoyed too if it had happened to you as well in the way that it happened to him.
like the man says, if anyone has had the same sort of problem then tell him about it.

You keep asking for people with simular problems, have you seen any? Mabye 1 or 2. You seem to think that you are about to start some great player revolt. The end result being everyone gets their ships/implants back. Sadly, I dont see that happening. Your loss (as regretable as it is) is just one of those random tragic events we all have to deal with from time to time even in RL, like puppies dying. One reason CCP is so strict in thier reimbursement policy- the second they relax some then every noob that ever loses a ship for any reason will FLOOD the petition dept. You want to fight in expensive gear without EVER having to worry about losing it, play WOW.
SPeaking of expensive gear: If a Machariel is not a mission ship WTF is it for?! Pirates fight in cheap(er) ships because they are forever losing them. The Macha then is just to keep in your hangar and look pretty? I'm so glad  And who in blue blazes goes into low sec w/a full set of snake implants to get a ship to fight a war in? They are called jump clones. If you can afford snake implants then you'd think you could at least buy the common sense needed to protect them. I only have +3 implants yet I specifically ground up to the standing I need for JC's so I can safely make a forey into 0.0 space.
I think I just about covered all the key points in this inane thread

u wont get it back :( I lost a ship kinda like that but on my screen I warped out and everything was fine except npc's were still shooting me... and it just told me u cant do that while warping... well finaly it jumped back to the npcs and I was in a pod.. tryed to escalate to a senior GM but aparently ccp dont have logs :(

Lost my Abaddon a week or so ago... Was taking damage, couldn't quite keep up with it and I hit "overload low rack" to increase the repping while I warped in my alt with remote reppers. I waited until I had 50% heat damage and then tried to shut off the "overload." Well... it didn't shut off and I lost my whole tank over that. Instant "boom." My alt was in the same system and I could have definitely saved my ship if I could have shut off the Overload.
Petitioned... Petition denied... our logs show nothing, blah, blah, blah.

On occasion, everyone forgets the golden rule: Don't fly a ship you can't afford to lose. It generally takes a reminder like this to get you to stop doing it to yourself.

Warping out of a mission is not a valid tactic - it shows that you had inadequate skills or a crappy fitting.

So basically you just want to hear I'm right and CCP is wrong? Hows this grab you then. 3 rather expensive Ravens lost on my part due to what I thought were three separate petionable incidents. I got one back the other two got declined. Now I wonder why that may be? Could it be because I thought I was right but the GM's, you know the ones with all the facts that matter, had evidence to the contrary? Nah that would be too simple wouldn't it... I work in customer services too and I just I LOVE people like you. Honestly. The people that think they know how to do my job better than I do and making decisions as to what they 'deserve', all the while not having the information that I am looking at that provides evidence to the contrary.
You lost your ship while playing in a laggy system for whatever reason. Said reason does not show up as a serverside glitch in the TQ logs. You don't get anything back. Simple as.

You lost a ship. CCP can't prove you lost it due to a bug on their end. You don't get your ship back. End of story.
If CCP did it any other way I could petition every loss and claim it was an error on their end. They took the perfectly reasonable approach. Why do you think it should be any other way?

Ah I see now. So you aren't interested in the consequences of a differing policy, you just want yours. I hate to tell you but the world doesn't work that way. If CCP reimbursed every ship lost in a mission without verification then ship loss would be a joke - no matter what you could simply petition your ship loss.
The fact is while it would have been nice to get your ship back, CCP can't do this because they need to verify every ship loss before reimbursing it. Expecting anything else is unreasonable and unfair to other players.
