EVE Online account usernames must contain at least four alphanumeric characters, may not contain spaces or unconventional characters and must not be vulgar, obscene, ethnically, racially or sexually offensive or otherwise inappropriate. I don't think there's any grey area here. If someone puts them on notice that a name is offensive and they don't do anything about it, their policy is worthless. Harassment is defined by the person being harassed, not by the person doing the harassment. This is a global game, and if they say they are going to not allow names that ethnically or racially offensive, they should train their employees to recognize those names and act on them. CCP needs to take more responsibility for enforcing their own rules in their game world. Technically the eula is talking about Account names (see where it says account?) in the quoted bit you provided. ie: the account name you type with password while logging in, and not the character name you select afterwards. Thats neither here nor there. Most (reasonable) people would agree that futtbucker would be offensive or an attempt at masking an offensive word, and most (reasonable) people would agree that those SNIGG pilots have a perfectly acceptable corporate name and are not trying to be vewy vewy sneaky racists or some such foolishness. Im sure SNIGG is equally happy to laugh unpleasantly at anyones misfortune, race and class not being an issue. Op gets a 2/10 (worth making fun of) for original troll post, but blindly repeating themselves and attempting to call a race-card into play reduced score to 1/10 (wasting everyones time)
