That's like saying "*" means happy. The modern context (the one where the word is an ultra-racist term) takes precedent over 300-year old definitions that haven't been used in decades.

The rhyme 'Ten Little Indians' wasn't originally called that and society in general didn't think that the original version was offensive. Especialy with the UK's history of slavery. Yeah , I wonder how good that would hold up in court?
