So you object to them putting the S on the front of their name? By using the S it changed a legit word to a slang? Or am i missing something here?

Yes it is.
And many legit words are filtered here because the filter only sees a string of letters..not the whole word.

Again im going to have to disagree here. You are just trying to make into a racial issue. You are standing on your soapbox flapping your arms and screeching till your lungs busrt. You are trying to do everything you can to make it a racial issue tbh.

*******s. That's like saying "***" means happy. The modern context (the one where the word is an ultra-racist term) takes precedent over 300-year old definitions that haven't been used in decades.

Definition s****** Show phonetics verb [I] (US ALSO snicker) to laugh at someone or something childishly and often unkindly: They spent half the time s******ing at the clothes people were wearing. What are you two s******ing at/about?
s****** Show phonetics noun [C] We were having a s****** at the bride who was rather large and dressed in a tight pale pink dress.
Doesn't not sound racial to me at all. No matter how hard you try to make it so.

Its nice to play with words for a name. But keep it funny.
(my name means "Small Beer" in Dutch)
I thought Pilok ****fly was funny, but someone din't like it and petitioned me. A gm even said pilok was offensive in english, only word i could find that came close was pillock.
Translation from the dutch fly "strontvlieg" is ****fly in english, and not dungfly, that just doesn't sound right And pilok is thai for ghost, so nothing wrong with the name.
At least thats what i thought

I had a alt named Futtbucker once and it got changed by a GM.
Why are people able to use S******dly (******dly) as corp names when Futtbucker and the other 2 are not even words?
http://evevault.ign.com/
^^ sence the filter works on this corps name goto the site above to see it. I am not gonna mask and say it. I find it offensive.
I expect this corp named that to be changed ASAP.. to Corp44567890
Is this word offensive just because it gets censored? I think not. -- (Battle hardened industrialist)

Everyone does not know that. People that are in possession of the facts (and those that can be bothered to follow the link I posted) show that it probably dates back to the 18th century. The dictionaries I checked give an approximate date of 1706. ****** OTOH appears to have appeared nearly a hundred years later. -- (Battle hardened industrialist)

Everyone does not know that. People that are in possession of the facts (and those that can be bothered to follow the link I posted) show that it probably dates back to the very early 18th century. Even then it wasn't considered particularly offensive until very recently.
The rhyme 'Ten Little Indians' wasn't originally called that and society in general didn't think that the original version was offensive.
Especialy with the UK's history of slavery. Yeah , I wonder how good that would hold up in court?
