Well after many years in the game its time to cut back.
I have cancelled this account and will be down to one account by the end of the year. I have not seen my business partner for 2 weeks I think he quit or lost interest.
Why you ask? If you didn't move on to next topic.
Cos you offer me nothing in the next or future patch's. I am an industrialist. Nothing more nothing less. I don't care too much for PVP, I like to build things and I let other people blow them up.
My business partner and I invested all we had into carrier production. We trained skills bought an extra account and now have over 30bil worth of usless blueprints for ships that no one wants and skills that are worse than useless.
We have no real ISK and no prospect of earning much with our skills, all we earned went back into more blueprints etc. We can not invest in the new T2 ships as we don't have the skills and to be honest no longer trust CCP. We got burned once, not risking it again.
In fact thats what it boils down to, trust. You gave us the sandbox to make the game and now you don't like what we done you kick the damn sand in our face and change the rules.
You care little for the guys who spent months training to fly ships that are now worse than useless and think nothing of those who spent months of training and billions of ISK trying to make something wothwhile. I figure our little venture cost us around 30bil others I know have spent 2 or 3 times that.
I no longer have the inclination to attempt to try and plan for the future in Eve when you show so much contempt for the customer.
I will still enjoy my 1 account. I may not be on as much as I used to. I figure I can earn enough so that I don't even have to use real money to pay to play as I can simply buy a GTC.
CCP have done nothing for the small industrial player. All this effort into new T2 ships that only a fraction of the player base will be able to afford. T2 freighters that should have been Tier 2. New graphics engine that will sure look good on the advertising blurb you make but will make no diffenence to the average player.
You have not nerfed the carriers and drone ships you have obliterated them out of existance.
My suspened accounts will simply sit their with a long skill and when/if you give me something of interest then I may activate them.

If it helps, CCP loses your account but gains two accounts. :)
If you really want to, you could always move into different production. And if you really want to leave, please biomass your toons then come post in the forums and I will take you very seriously. :)

1. As a producer, you should be prepared for market volatility, maybe you should have diversified a bit instead of sinking your entire investment into carrier production. You got screwed over, but it's not CCP's fault any more than it is the Stock Market's fault for a bad investment.
Also, since carriers are now completely useless I'll be happy to take all of your carrier production-related stuff. Obviously you won't need it anymore, right?

Don't take his stuffs Tarminic. If you really care about the game, ask him to biomass his stuffs with his toons. It would help the in-game economy.

Another Drama Queen bites the dust.
I can't believe so many of you people are going nuts over a patch that hasn't even finalized. And drone ships are hardly 'obliterated out of existence'. The Eos and Myrmidon can't field 5 heavy drones and it is the end of the world?
Both those ships shouldn't be able to fit those drones anyway. A fleet command ship shouldn't be a DPS Solopwnmobil and the Myrmidon needed balancing for a long time coming.
Once you get over yourself, you might be able to see that CCP is moving the game in a good direction. CCP not catering to the crying babies in the forums is hardly contempt for the customer.
Stay constructive, offer suggestions, act like an adult and maybe CCP would be more keep to address your concerns.

How can you complain that carriers are useless, BEFORE the change has affected the market? Geez, chill down a bit and just keep making those ships, keep selling em. And dont tell me you wont make a profit, dont tell me its useless. lol

Man, these threads are rampant. Not because its true, but because the only people who care to post are those who feel the need to complain, for the most part.
I love EVE. there are SOOOO many things to do, and so many things to try. Im an industrialist too. I run POS, t2 Manufacturing, and of course t1 moanufacturing, and i have barely scratched the surface of my potential. I love the exploring, i love the coprs and the markets, i LOVE the strategic thoughtfulness mixed with danger.
Im sorry you feel this way, but honestly it seems you dug your own grave by forcing your "fun" into one tiny supersmall aspect of the game. How do you enjoy yourself? Its a Game, it will go through changes, its the DREAM OF CCP, not our dream, and they have an idea they are continuously building on. You cant please all the people even some of the time. But overall, this game is the best ive ever seen.
I got bored with creature genocide, and games that have no real risk, dont get your blood pumping, and are just 3d chat rooms and hookups.
Im sorry you failed at EVE. But i LOVE IT! And many of us do. Its not CCPs fault you dont like some things.
CCP has endured alot of flack, mostly because they ask and change with the community on some level. Most games dont do jack squat about thier player base, just keep programming. EVE has set the standards higher and will always see the curses of thier good work for reaching out to us.
Id like to see you get anything out of SOE.
Put the blame where it belongs, on yourself, not CCP!
