Triumvirate installed FREGE in Cloud Ring, so they won't be going through them. Even if they hadn't FREGE isn't the kind of alliance that you need to "go through."
As for Scalar Whatchamacalits...please, let's be realistic here. They have a POS or two in Pure Blind, end of story.
My predicition for what TRI will do next is get rich(er) from moon mining ( Dek is one of the best moon mining regions in the game ), maybe build some motherships or a titan, and pvp where they can. Like Brunswick said, its not all about POS wars. In fact POS wars are sort of boring and a pain in the ass to coordinate.

Actually the problem is Starscream doesn't "get" TRI.
