2) Pirating drops standing with every NPC Corp in a system (Corps need Commerce, Pirates disrupt it)
3) If a rating with a corp controlling a base is negative, docking will be denyed. Too low and base guns fire.

My main feature would be proper alliances, there are some big alliances, so make curse etc offical, give it an alliance chat window for ceo's to share intel on and have alliance type wars. This would make Skills like empire control slightly more usefull as well.

1. A better system to chase down corporation theft. It is to easy at the moment for a "good" thief to steal everything and the kitchen sink without anyone being able to catch, track or identify them properly. Its a problem that gets overlooked too much.

Im replying to the COrporate IDEA section:
As the CEO of my corporation, I send abotu 10 corporate messages a day. It is really a pain, that I have to cut and paste the exact message to certain individuals in my corporate management cadre..
Certain information does not need to be leaked to the general membership, and for EYES ONLY. I would like to see SEND CORP MANAGEMENT MESSAGE button as well.. specifically used for managerial issues.
It is disheartening, that in an advanced game with hundreds of options for things to do, that I cannot send a MASS MAIL to a specific list of people that I need to.
please make this happen, as it would streamline, and optimize corporate management.

1. Corp Tax Working - When ever a corp member the amount the corp sets will go to corp so if corp sets to 10%, any thing a member sells 10% of isk goes to corp.

Allow corp ownership of property so a member could take possession of an item out of corp hanger, such as a thorax cruiser, and use it but cannot trade that item or repackage it (to sell or void insurance), only re-transfer it to owning corpÆs hanger. Insurance on a ship owned by corp would be paid to corp and if member left corp then item would be criminally flagged as stolen. Corp owned items could be reclaimed by corps directly out of membersÆ hangers if passed a return-by-date. This would allow corps to assist new member / players to a much greater extent without same fear of being ripped off.
Allow items to be bought and sold by corp with corp shown as transacting party and isk in/out of a corp account û actual item would still need to move in/out of memberÆs personal hanger as corp would not necessarily have office/hanger at the particular station albeit that it is actually very inconsistent to allow individuals to have free personal hangers at every station but not rent paying corps especially when individual can have more items than corp.
Implement sorting of items in corp displays e.g. by hanger division by category by name û trying to find items wastes a lot of time currently and thereÆs no excuse for this not already having been done given that itÆs client side processing.
Allow corps to log transfers in/out of corp hanger divisions if they want to.
Allow corps to have more bank accounts with configurable member access.
Allow items within corp hanger to be secured by ôcounter-signö so that, for instance, in order to move an original battleship blueprint out of research division of corp hanger at a station 3 of 5 directors need to agree to it. This counters the disenchanted, scammers and new eBay account holders absconding with the silverware. It would also allow a member to set countersign ôpadlockö on a stack of ore in hanger with the other required parties being one of the corp refiners û the refiner unlocks the ore and refines it for return to the member or to corp with member being paid for the minerals.
Allow security managers to transfer items directly into membersÆ hangers at any station not just stations with corp offices û this would alleviate some of the angst concerning inability to obtain office space at stations.
Enable courier missions to deliver the package to other players / corps û this would allow corps to separate delivery function when buying/selling and to use new corp members as bonded delivery couriers. As a consequence it would be unfair to instigate penalties for contraband items in hangers (as not necessarily your action/choice to have had item delivered) or at least while such items are still in their courier packages.
Allow corps to automatically deduct multi-tiered membership fees û effectively flat tax since alts, second accounts, non-market trades make it too different to calculate profit or wealth for other types of tax.
Allow term deposit of isk with npc corps to earn interest.
Do not implement ship colours for corps û only creates more exploitable download lag with potential to ruin the game if allow pink ships with purple spots etc, and players would only want to change corp skins to their own designs anyway.
Do not implement compulsory corp chat colours based on member rank û divisive and not necessarily reflective of actual position within corp.
Do not implement share market û EVE being the place it is there is no way to regulate the behaviour of players who engage in insider trading, personal asset stripping, or to hold them accountable to shareholders if they donÆt perform because they donÆt play as much or decide not to pay dividends etc i.e. without all of the mechanisms that the western world has found essential for equity markets to function efficiently a share market in EVE would be a wild west paradise for the unscrupulous.

First wanted to reply to tack although you probably wont re-read these posts. That is possible now. Simply add your leadership to your addressbook. Then creater a new folder under your address book called leaders. Then right click on that folder and click send message to group. Done.
As fro the rest of the ideas. I thinks its pretty obvious that being able to use brokers or to be able to sell things as a corp is a must. Also the ability to create our own roles in the corporation by simply selecting from a list of options such as "can view others hangars" or "can equip in space" and then allow us to tag the role Security officer on it. Then everyone with that role should be granted the access we decide for that role.
Another thing that would help I think is to split up theleadership once more. When making someone a director that makes them a CEO in almost all asspects of the game...this shouldnt be like this. The above role system could take care of this...not all directors need factory access. Not all should be able to access the wallet.

1) Fix bugs that prevent ejecting corp members at any time (ie, player not docked at a station)
2) Add a flag to ships that a CEO or Director can toggle to record whether the ship is Corp Property. Any player flying a corp owned ship cannot leave the corp, sell or transfer the ship while the vessel is under their assets. All corp property must be returned to corp, or released by the corp, before a player can quit the corp.
3) In addition to idea #2, allow a Corp Recover feature. Captains can be ejected from the corp owned ship and/or a "return home" feature added to the ship for those players who refuse to return corp owned vessels or haven't logged in for several days (or ever).
4) Corp Tax rates, think maybe we can get 'em working?
5) Multiple hangers for the inidividuals just like the corp hanger has.
6) More colors for the scanner, white would be a nice color to add , perhaps a pallette chart and let the user select a color.
7) Change NPC ships to register under ships instead of entities in the scanner.
8) Map hide feature, so I can't/can be found on the NavMap when searching for corp members.
9) More CEO tools... ability to see character's current skills, for example.
10) Add a corp bank, Corp can set interest rates and max loan amount; depositing money in main account for lending to corp members. Members can't leave a corp until balances are paid in full, unless kicked by CEO.

if anything in the ui channel stuff i think a lot of ppl would agree with the idea that is in my sig, its been said it was work in progress in a csm, in fact you could probably find the time when they said that in that thread, and yet its been so long and its not out yet 
i hope this gets at least worked into chaos or something, at least so we get to test it out.
corps/alliances need this bad 
i would say even the avg player who travels etc would benefit a lot from this as well. support Idea: QuickInfo an alternative to ShowInfo

1. Predefined corporate structures Different predefined structures for different typ of player cooperation. I.e a military corporation might not be runned in the same way as a manufacturing corporation. There are also different types of (economic) associations (religious sects, freelance corps and others) that might not fitt into the current game.
2. Advanced corporation (sub)structures With subsidiarys, perhaps with separated ownership and corporation management. (Stockmarket??)
3. Abillity to merge two corps. So that offices, members and resorces are transfered into the new corporation.
4. Sub-set of hangar access. The possibility to micromanage the security in different stations, perhaps different depending of the "type" of offics (i.e if it's a HQ, Manufacturing, or research facility)
5. Corporation market ability The possibility to buy and sell items from / to the corp hangar where all isk transactions are interacting with the corp wallet.
6. Tax and Wage system. Make it possible to tax corporation members and/or give out wages.
7. Corporated branding of manufactured items. A nice "Manufactured by xxx, in the yyy corporation" when checking info on a module and/or ship.
8. Skill requirements for different corporated rolls. Why should only the CEO train corp management skills when directors and others have the same practical posibility to run the corp. It would make the corp management skills more worth to train. Aslo a few new corporation skills to manage different aspects of how the corporation are managed. (factory managers, sales persons/accountants etc.)
9. Alliance featurs How to form and manage alliances between different corporations.

I can see a person and their security rating as soon as they enter the system. Cloaked or not. I can see it. Therefor so should the local athorities. Not only should they patrol a system but should actively look for and destroy known criminals if it is going to be immediatly obvious they entered the system. i.e. Pirate enters secure space and is hunted like a rabid dog.
I would like to not show up in local while Im still cloaked from jumping and I would like the jump gate (that Im no closer than 20km from) to not make a visible notification that I just jumped in. If I was using said jump gate to jump into the system I would hope that my ship arrived AT THE JUMP GATE and not 30kms away. This is a huge advantage for gate camper. It is nearly impossible to get away in ship not equiped with 2 mwds as it is when there are two obvious indicators that a ship is somewhere within 20-30km. Either remove the visible notifications or put the ship that just entered the system within jump range of the gate they just jumped to. You should not show up in local until your ship is uncloaked This is the only logical and fair way.
Radio silience. I would like to be able to turn off my radio transmiter. It would be nice to acheive raido silience and have no one see you in local unless you are uncloaked and within auto-scanner range. This would of course include gang, corp, private, and all other chat disablility so you cant communicate at all while in radio silence mode. Aditionally an annoymous mode where one could choose to be online and doing your thing without showing up in corporate and buddy list.
Corporate only market places. The ability to sell items to corporate members only would be a great help to alot of corporations so a person doesnt have to be around to sell the items to their corporate members. Escrow is not a viable means of acheiving this. Would be better to be able to drop items or stacks of items into a hanger and tag it with a price for removal. CEOs like to play too.
The idea of scan radius is ok and all but a scanner is a scanner no matter what ship it is on. If anything larger ships whould have stronger computing and scanning power. Reguardless, it shouldnt take more time for a battleship to target a frig as a frig to target a frig. The size of the target is the same. If it takes longer to target smaller ships, so be it but it shouldnt be harder for larger ships to target the same item.

Tracking devices. Skills in installing, detecting, using and removing tracking devices. Ownership of the tracking device so you are the only one able to track the device.
Booby traps/remotely detonated devices. Example. I dont like you but you dont know I dont like you. You purchase a cargo expander from me and I say thank you. What you dont know is the cargo expander is set with an explosive device that I can detonate at anytime. It could just blow up on your hanger floor or it could be on your ship and do extensive damage to the structure of your ship or even damage/destroy other mods you have installed.
Mostly wishful thinking ideas but still fun.

Not sure about this one. The only corp I've ever been in is the one I formed myself, but new members of my corp say they don't have a means of finding out which systems have corp offices. This is something that seems restricted to auditors and directors. If that is case I'd certainly like corp members to have the ability to see where their own offices are.

1)Corp owned tag. When you fire someone and they are in a corp owned ship or using corp owned materials it is left at the next station they dock at. This could be integrated into the system sec rating, in say .3 or below their ability to get away with stolen items is greater then say in 1.0.
2.) If you want to make a dedicated miner, make it compare to what is currently in use or make it better. There is no reason to dwarf a mining ship.
3.) Make rare astroids appear more rare rather then 1 in a .5 and 5 million in 0.0 . Low sec space is getting more populated then high sec these days. Make is so you actually have to look to find it.
4.) If you have a corporation and you start another one to get out of a war. Make it so that the war automaticly is added to the new corp as well. None of this CEO's can hand off to a alt during a time of war and start a new corp, as soon as they are notified a war is going into affect against them they are stuck there to the end. For a CEO to quit a corp is sign of surrendor.
5.) If a corp surrendors make it so that the Winning corporation can take up to a fixed amount of items and a major % of their wallet from them. And until negotions are complete they can not sell off or remove any equipment or isk from their corp.
6.) The war vote should not take a day then the declaration of war another. Minimum time should be no more then 24hrs.
7.) A way to actually advertise to new players about corporations looking to hire new employees. This plant a can and write a long story blows. Also the Recruitment channel is for attempting to recruit other recruiters.
8.) More information about the game. What items are there, what are their attributes.
9.) Allow research to actualy affect the ship, a little more armor, stronger shields, soemthing to make it different the one Joe bob builds.
10.) I dont care if a member is in space or not when they havent been on in 3 months I want them out of my corp.
11.) A better way to track player actions. And when you fire someone have it put on their "Record" why. Of course have a skill. Could also have a section where you could see why a person had a bounty put on their head.
12.) Loose the research agent stuff and make it so if you have a high standing with the corp developing new tehcnologies you can buy the bp from them if you dont then you cant. Make it so research agents will help you develope additional attributes to the bp.
13.) Allow players to rebuild the "Abandoned Stations" they find that are currently part of an notable area of interest.
14.) Wasnt there voice communications option in beta, put it back in if their was.
15.) Give us the ability to stop training the skill of one alt while loged on another one. And also put the switch character button back in the esc panel.
16.) Better information on reverse engineering and a skill that will let you have a better chance of success.
17.) Better reason not to be a pirate or pker then just because you dont want to be. We need some real consequences.
18.) A loan system where a corp gives a loan to another corp and they are forced to pay so much a week back + interest or the corp property becomes the loaning corps. (Note that corps giving the loan should be able to accept high value items like ship bps and so on as collateral)
19.) More player owned structures. Come on, why shouldnt a corp that has the isk not be able to build a statoin, just make it some unbelievable amount that makes it so they have to work for it.
20.) More advantages for being in a corporation (no matter the size the benefit for a larg corporation is its numbers).
21.) All the skills to be at the universities.
22.) If your going to make people do misisons make more of them, I dont know how many of hte same missions I have done over and over. Maybe make "Corp" missions where the entire corp accepts the mission or so many of a copr and they go out and complete it. Like defending a piece of space some where or building something
23.) Better skills for formation flying and navigation. Would be nice to take my gang to destions other then in the same system with out making them plot courses. Our computers are supposed to be advanced right?
24.) Make a law that after your been in game so long you cant mine in 1.0. Just make it so that the ships computer wont let you mine or something. It is silly me trying to tell a guy how to mine who cant even find a dang roid.
25.) When a field is mined and it grows back (a little faste please) make it so it has a possability of being different. Maybe say someone mines all the plag out of system when it does come back make it scord or something. Give people a reason to mine everything not just higher value stuff.
26.) Alternate routes listed on the map to a destination.
As for the rest the custom paint would be nice, player designed logos,

A. Would like to see the highway system done away with. It seems to cause nothing but problems with the server since day one.
B. Figure out a way to stop people from hanging at a gate. Perhaps make random midway points in a system where a ship turns for its next warp to a gate that pirates can try their luck at. Maybe make combat ships go to a different way point than industrial ships do.
C. Make and Emergency jump button. You hit button and your ship jumps (no matter what speed your going) away (when not being jamed) using all available cap if you only have a little bit of cap you only go a short distance if you have alot of cap you go on and on. The idea is its a emergency jump so you are using all the resouces available and it does small bit of damage to the internal structure of your ship since it was "unschedualed"
D. Each ship is supposed to have so many people to crew it, why not make it so you can hire crews for your ship. Make it so it comes with a default crew but you can higher better ones for whatever area you are looking for. Exp: You want a crew that is good at pirating you go to a pirate station and hire them and then go pirating with a %5 increase in ships performance in all areas.
E. Better NPC interactoin with the selling and buying of items on the market.
F. Better forms of combat while fighting in groups. AKA formation flying
G. A better way to find out information on new applicants. Seeing as you can only train one character at a time per account each of the 3 characters are basicly the same person, there should be list of other character under a tab called "Aliases". You would need to pay an npc security company for the info or something and it could only be available to the CEO.
H. More ways to play the game other then Missions for people who dont want to build or mine.

1. group missions: These could be given by all agents. If a gang leader selects a mission the agent detects the gang and gives the leader a larger, group mission. All members in the gang get the mission info in their journal, mission bookmarks and the reward is split automatically.
2. Drone command "Defend Target" and maybe "defend gang". Defend target would be nice to add support for an indy while mining.
3. Autopilot "follow" command. will follow and warp to where ever selected gangmate/corp member goes.

1. Corp "MESSAGE OF THE DAY" MoT: Can be set by any ceo/director and that appears as the first things in a members corp chat upon logging into game. Usefully for quick announcements, warnings, reminders ect.....
2. Ability to instantly target lock groupmates. Explained in another post here.
3. Designate corp property which was mentioned in this thread already. Which is un-tradable, un-saleable, and which the insurance from a destroyed ship is paid to the corporation.

* Tracker beam. It would be neat to be able to pull a ship along. Only for Corporation members though. Ive seen many times my mates where AFK for some reason and their ship was still in a belt. If i was able to pull it out to safe space, then it would be no prob. But since the player was not in my gang i could not gang warp, and so a tracker beam would be the ultimate solution.
* Working tax systems * More stuff for Charisma * Being able to place Player Owned Items in Empire space (mobile refining etc). With advanced options to set the access, and usage fee, etc. * Being able to hire concord for patrolling the player owned item * Being able to buy "spots" in space. Also in Empire space.

1) Tax system working - this is integral to corps why it hasnt been fixed before now is beyond me
2) security tags - ie items of value like BS can be tagged and viewed through map option or corp assests
3) hanger access to be set by station not global as it is now
4) segration inside hangers - it gets far too messy at moment (if this isnt possible allow us to open CC inside hangers)

1) Corporate owned items I'd like the corporation to actually own things. The corporation should be able to buy/sell things as a corp, not through a member. Also, when a member takes an item, it should not directly become 'his', but stay a corp item. This allows people to use corp assets without actually taking them for themselves.
2) More hangars, with a hierarchical order I'd like more hangars, and I'd like to have them divided into subhangars.
