RA wasn't always in perfect shape, actually if people like mactep, nync ... hadn't decided to lead the remains of RA and bring RA back, they might be forgotten already. Don't know, how many members they got now, but if they have grown a lot and the threat and the motivation to fight a 'hated' enemy that once mobilized their alliance is gone, it wouldn't be a surprise to me that they run into the same trouble again like so many other alliances.

Also, translation in first post is fairly accurate. I personally think that this will only make RA stronger, like last time they got stronger when they lost all their stations to -V-/SNRA (which also helped them to lose about 1200 carebears). Thing that you don't know is that RA once was already known for carebearing and crumbeled from being one of the five biggest alliances or so down to maybe 500 members, until only some hardcore RAs were left, who didn't want to give up on the RA idea, like UA Industry. At that time they were without station, some being in empire and some being in Curse. Then mactep took the lead afaik and plans were developed to take C-J and with that highly motivated core of 'bitter' russians - don't take it too seriously - they achieved things that almost noone imagined. But such a train usually slows down, because not everyone in an alliance is motivated the same, especially if there is no real need to work hard anymore. And the hardcore pvp'ers and fleetcommanders get angry and post such threads. Unbelievable ? Not really. I've seen that in 2 different pvp alliances myself already. Common problem. Not every alliance is 5000 goons, where only a fraction is enough to blob. The smaller the alliance, the more inactivity and carebearism hurts and makes hardcore pvp'ers angry.

Mactep ist stating the obvious, thing that have been developing since 9-9 failure of BoB. RA now are not threatened and just don't want to sacrifice RL for killing BoB as fast as possible. Also, RA pilots know, that in case BoB should die all of RA will shoot them selves dead to escape death by boredom. In truth, now that everyone is selling his/her 0.0 property because of imminent death of RA and thus BoB overtaking all of EVE, MACTEP is bying it all up at low price and is laughing histerically. _________________ Don't Panic!

BoB folks posted this because for some bizarre reason they think that healthy internal discussion among Russian leadership can be misconstrued as 'the end of RA is nigh' thus giving hope to their own members and friends. Don't get ahead of yourselves, though. After 'foiling' our last big push by fleeing from our path mere days ahead of our arrival, we're merrily consolidating and the next big push has yet to begin.

Not that I matter much but to me BOTH the leaks are quite uninteresting in a broad perspective. RA - Leadership gets ****ed of becuase he feels there are too many in RA atm. - Mac and some others puts the foot down and say: Sort it or you dont get to play with us. This will most likely have the desired effect as soon as the incentive to shape up is presented as well as the punishment for not doing so. MC - Continued discussion about FIX leak and talks of the future. What options MC has. - The talks of allies/business parter/goals/trust etc: If you think that these things has never been considered you need to wake up. Extremely few relationships in EVE lasts forever, none have so far really, so planning for the end and making sure you get as much out of the deal as you possibly can while it lasts makes sense. For all involved. None of the above is out of the ordinary tbh, its quite normal for every alliance. And its important to remember that far from all things discussed gets implemented, for those involved or with experience of bigger alliances this is no news.
