Can anyone confirm? assuming it's SATA, i see no reason why it wouldn't just work, unless the corruption is very bad indeed. hooking it up directly to the mobo wouldn't help, i think, it'd still need to reformat to access it. also, Ria, my SSD is just for OS. booting up in less than 10 seconds is awesome. the 1Tb is a high performance mechanical drive holding my games and stuff like movies etc. the only game left on my SSD is Skyrim because i'm not sure how steam and my mods would handle it if i shunted it to the mech.... The crashes are apparently caused by tcpip.sys and ntoskrnl.exe Could be my use of the generic windows lan driver. But If I use the latest Realtek driver I get terrible download speeds.
