Blame CCP lol! Caldari only get to choose between those weird dark green or brown leather strapped pants (at the end of Bottom clothing section in the customization menu) instead of the awesome jet black ones that the Minmatar get.
Also, none of the Excursion pants match with any Outer options Caldari have. When you try and use any Excursion pantts with any of the black Caldari Outer options, you notice the pants, that <---- jacket, and that black vest are all 3 different shades of black. Go figure lol. It's not really noticeable when you aren't using them together, but when you do, it's really easy to tell and my avatar ocd kicks in haha. I might just use another color jacket, but none of them seem to just feel as right as the current one.
All of this would easily be overlooked if I could convince (read: bribe) someone at CCP to make more white clothing, but alas that's not an option lol. So, long story short, it's hard for me to decide on an outfit that I like and that actually matches so this was the best I could come up with.
Also, I think it's safe to say I spend waaaaaaaay too much time messing around with avatar customization  lol |

I just played a little with the options for my civire Sheryl Reynolds (sadly, I don't have an achura active atm)
I used that black, shiny excursion pants along with "your" jacket, perhaps as an idea/inspration?
Anyway, I'll let her in this state for a couple of days, so you can compare/try :)

Thank you, i spent at least 3 hours in the initial portrait, then upon my first pod death in eve i found it fitting to get a new photo. So all in all maybe 5 hours in making this.
All i have to say about your Toon is... Boobs, 8/10.

I somewhat agree, because this was kinda of a compromise, how so? well if i increase the lighting the eyes will bug out and pop out of the model. So i will wait until CCP will update their models even further.
Your Avatar has the feeling of subtlety and calmness. 8/10
