I like how the golden hair contrasts with the background.
Nothing wrong with the rest...beautiful & friendly face :)
I would lift the whole avatar more up (so your eyes are on the 1/3 - 2/3 - line)
With the current allignment the hair is too dominant in my opinion (fills the complete upper half of the picture).

Woot! I tried to make her smile... but when she smiles, she looks... not so intelligent. So I had her put her serious face on! And yea, I had played around with lighting and posing for a good hour or two before I was satisfied. |
