Personally, I wish them bad luck and about 8.7 days of trouble and instability.
Then maybe I'll finally be able to finish Hellgate:London, get some time in on Mass Effect, and finish training Weapons Upgrade V.

Since this is a 24 hour patch, does that mean you have two shifts working 12 hours? Or do you guys stick to the old fashioned "snort-enough-coke-to-kill-an-elephant" trick?

Actually the provocation for getting it done this time rests with a combination of sheep and Columbian *******... We'll be working as long as it takes to test the patch once it's deployed, fix any problems, test the stability of the server, etc, etc...
Some will be pulling all nighters to maintain a watchful eye on the performance and to call in support should the worst happen.

I for one believe that dt will end 9pm EST like CCP plans. Motion Pred 5 will finish at 1030pm EST.
However, CCP once, long ago, accelerated everyones train to finish for a longer than normal DT. B/c of that, gallente bs 5 is going to be set right before dt.

GOOD IDEA! IM gonna install X3 too now, and the eXtended mod of course :)
Then im gonna play it and enjoy it like hell, until i have enough cash to buy a station, and then enjoy the heap of bugs ill encounter such as dissapearing ships and malfunctioning AI.
But i anticipate ill get at least 24 hours of fun until that happens. taa!

how about you get the latest patch, and leave the Xtended mod.
get the bonuspack if you want some improvement (like automated traders for your stations), but only install it with the most basic functions you need.
and then enjoy the game, with a lot less bugs, a new headquarter(once you do the missions) and NO disappearing ships!
