Russian community EVE at present is small on structure (everyone know all or heard about each other - as in small city) and considers itself elite.
Not in a small degree this factor has affected on subscribed.
Russian community does not wish to extend due to people preferring to not play game without localization.

although i don't speak any russian i'll sign this too. in the german localisation have been major and obvious mistakes aswell. so i highly prefer no localisation instead of a bad one.

This localization is veeeeeeery badly. Don't understand, why Russian translation making by French company.... Why not Netville ? This Russian company start localization, but u choose other, international company.... Don't like russians  ?

Also disagree with those, who are thinking russian players are small part of eve. I would estimate the percentage of russian players in EVE as 10-20%.
