What makes everybody a individual and different from each other is in the personality, the memories and experiences. Those differences however have only very little to do with the 'race'. Just a few observations I've made since I moved down into the South East US. It's hard being a Canadian down here.

A totally fair camera will see the same ratio of red to green to blue in anyone. Your eyes are not remotely fair toward colour balance so to you people look pink or brown or whatever. ---- Anything less is wasted effort

People of different race are not the same. Even if you peel the skin off, you can tell from bone structure. I saw a movie a while back on tv about smart people being modified to be as dumb as everyone else in an attempt to make everyone equal, but all it did was make everyone the same. Same and equal are not synonyms in this context. Two piles of money, 100 US dollars and 10742 yen, they're not the same, but they are equal. Get what I mean? tl;dr you're a fool. As for modifying character's skin tones, each bloodline is a unique bloodline (gasp), so they really should share the same base characteristics.
