Seriously, I had EVERYTHING turned off, I was zoomed all the way out to solarsystem view, the ONLY window I had open was fleet chat and overview, TS never lagged (once the fight started, it lagged off and on ALL THE WAY THERE) and I never even got to lock anything. Grid loaded (I thought) and I tried to warp to a buddy to get a tackle on someone, 4 minutes later I'm like... wtf.. so I attempt to warp to a safe. Then it warped me to the buddy, so I tried to target something, then it warped me to the pos, 2 minutes later it told me I couldn't target them as they were 23871432743 KM's away or some crazy **** like that. So, ok, I'm caught up I think, modules work, warp to grid loading, wait, see lots of juicy targets, warp to a close buddy to get a tackle, stare at the screen for 5 minutes, wash, rinse, repeat. But hey, I had 23 FPS the entire fight...
Last time I warped in, sat there staring at myself sitting still but it wouldn't respond to commands, gave the "warp to safe" command and then watched my ship slowly start to take dmg, then sat there in a ship saying it was out of control for 10 more minutes, tried to check combat log to see if I was still alive, it never loaded. I finally ctrl-q'd and couldn't log back in for 14 minutes because even thought it told me I was back home it still locked up on "loading station environment". WTF do I pay money for this for?
All in all, good showing TRI, you can never ever EVER complain about being blobbed again though. ;)

Sadly, right as the gang was forming, high winds knocked down a tree, which took out a powerline, which sparked off a brush fire near my house, so I missed all the fun.

GF, this was awsome fight. I am :)))
When we jumped in lag was terible for me. Then i ctd. Reloged, couldnt warp to gang members and warped my carrier to wreck to be in range of your capitals, Then lag cleared a bit and we started melting capitals :)
I have one and half hour for sleep now, but was worth waiting your attack....

Next time why dont we all got on the same TS server and we all make the sound effects.

Caldari can go Woosh Bang, Woosh Bang.
And Mini's can zoom zoom.
This way we all can at least experience the battle a little bit.

I have been paying for your game for a long time. As a long time player, I have a few other players that have told me what they do and do NOT want in the game. I have color coded this list for you since the 40,000 posts have been ignored by you thus far. Yellow will represent things we want, Red will be things we do not want at this time.

Thank you from the literally thousands of players that have asked for this time and time again, yet have heard no response. I know you have us at heart. We've seen BoB to Goons, from Tri to smashkill, to everyone in between ask for this exact list.
Where would we get the money for more servers?
Consider halting progress on all the other stuff, dumping the money on more servers and asking the fan base to pre-pay 6 months up. Maybe, just maybe, that will raise money for the one thing that effects us all (the ability to have the game respond?!?!!?) and not add more features into the game that will slow it down even more since the servers can't even handle what we have let alone all the stuff about to hit and wreck the servers entirely...

Lag was an issue for sure, but I think I got off a little lighter than some others have mentioned here. I had about a 1 minute lag to lock targets and about the same module lag. From listening on TS some had it much worse but some seemed to have it a little better.
Hell of a battle though one I'll remember for sure. Good fight to all involved.

it was a great fight with alot of lag
smashkill said that they were blobed by us.not correct.they had alot of capitals,who are not on any killboard becouse they run when the others capitals started to pop.they had around 50-60 if i am correct and we had arround 40.so indeed it was a good fight(i am on 17 capitals kills with my chimera )
I have a question foe smashkillatlas: you didnt lost enough ships in this smashkillatlas vs TRI?

I wasnt there, but from what I've seen in KB there were dozens of carriers and MS involved in the fight, thats pretty much towsands of drones and people complain about lag ?? is not the 250 pilots in the system that screw up the node... but again I wasnt there.

instead of smackin, lets just all fly to iceland and kick the servers with the empire players on it and call shenanigans... seriously, this crap out in 0.0 is garbage, we can all aggree on that. I really felt like canceling the subscript today over how poorly this game played out. And instead of the south, east, west, north turning up in this thread sayin "look what we had to deal with" lets all get together and do somethin! I say lets all go pull of some super ganks in high sec until our demands for good servers are met, lets hold all of empire hostage till they upgrade from x486 and put Pentium II's in....
