I think that may classify this movie as the true, ôMost expensive non-capital ship movie everö. Some of the shots in the video you can clearly see appoxamently 100B in mods from 2 of my major sales in the past. So here it is... Those that know me know that I have been talking about making this video for ages. I had a decent amount of fraps footage when Lofty released his movie but I never really got around to making one (no time to learn Adobe Premier etc.). This week I deiced to just sit down and get the damn thing done in my spare time. Lofty, Bryg, Corn Meal, and Arrgg actually all used to bear gank out of an in-game chan for a while working out of different systemsà. Good times! Some highlights on the experience: òOver 120B Isk earned in loot and ransom theft. òApprox 500M in damage to level 4 mission runners (note the kill board totals are modded to include the module drops and values into the total damage inflicted. However the ôTotal numberö is still largely off due to the fact that ôdropped itemsö were not included from the old kill mail system =[). òOver 100 documented faction battleship kills. (the real figure is closer to 130, as many kill mails were stolen by NPCÆs, and self destructs). Many uber fit command ships and normal battleships, but I made the KB faction battleships only, just for fun. I have been killing bears using this method for nearly 1 year, however I am a fairly inactive player. As my kill board will show, I generally play in spurts 1 month on then a take a few off (as the kill board will confirm). All in all I estimate the total damage inflicted took place in about 90 actual days of actual playtime. KB Link: ôKB Linkageö This movie moves at a very high pace. You are correct It was boring indeed, that's why i really could only take it in bursts (time on/time off). I'll stick with gomplayer, its free also, plays everything and looks cool. It does not leave some stupid road block icons for media files when unstalled either. Seriouly Road block cones for video files WTF? /edit its like a 9 mb download and installs for 30 mb of crap, gom is 4 mb download installs 20 mb or so and boots up nice and fast but the VLC makes my hard disk sound like its gonna puke and then finaly loads with a crappy half job interface... Please dont claim something is the best just because you use it. I feel my comp just had a stomach bug that will linger untill i can figure out how to remove the ** it left behind.

There were zero good fights shown in this vid. This vid was made up of accelerated /ganks/, sometimes duplicate scenes. Fights manifested by lies and borderline exploits, ending with killing after a ransom has been payed, apparently this works as e-peen viagra. Top this off with obvious greiving - don't try and tell me ganking PvE players in highsec through a wardec exploit, taking months or years of hard work by often honoust hard working players and dishonouring a ransom is a recipe for a good PvP player we should all applaud like everyone is doing. Pathetic, I do however applaud your face animations and some nice movie editing. But to jump onto the train of 'rolf, go you', nah, you hurt a hundred people, took years of hard work, this is not fun and fair PvP anymore, and goes far beyond what in my eyes I could see as slightly unfair yet part of the game. One of the most entertaining aspects in this movie in my opinion are the chat windows and what is being said. On youtube the video degradation would surely nerf the ability to read chat windows even when paused. On another note, thanks for all the feedback (even trollsà they make me lol)! Also.. As to your tactics in the video, well... I guess I really don't have to go into great detail about the abject pond-scum you are for using them because you likely already know it in your soul. Now, having said that; I have to agree with you on one point you mentioned in the video: That the people you are doing this to almost DISEARVE what they get. You have to be worming your way in and horribly exploiting game mechanics for all of these high sec kills; otherwise you would get Concord owned. Which means, that WHATEVER you are doing, the people you are raping (yes I used that word on purpose) are LETTING you do it. Get a clue people! Don't let someone you DON'T know in gang. Don't engage someone who is stealing your mission loot. They will OWN you. THEY are PvP fit, YOU are mission fit; all you will do by engaging them is give them an easy kill. On a final note, on your side, in spite of your abysmal behavior, if you are REALLY making the kind of isk you claim; I could see where I might be forced to live with the misdeeds for that kind of cash. After all, everyone with morals has a price; even if they don't admit it to themselves. Bottom line: You shouldn't be doing it. CCP shouldn't LET you exploit the system this way. Turd Biterà Normally I would not waste the keystrokes to respond to such an obvious troll, however your dedication to the troll arts in this thread have intrigued me (plus IÆm bored in the office, you know how that goes lol). I am going to tell you a storyà A story of how this movie came to be. At first there I was another bored EvE veteran feeling like I taken in all the game had to offer (mission running, pirating, low-sec carebear grieving [when probes actually worked to triangulate missions this was LOADS of fun], small gang pvpà etc etc) . As do many others do I would log in to change my skills, maybe chat up an old corpie from time to time never actually playing the game. Interest in EvE was nearly non-existent. Then I remembered an idea I once had to make iskà killing missions runners. In those days I never knew of the ôLofty techniqueö so what I used to do was actually take the time to make bears join a warring gang so I could kill them with my alt ( I called this the 2 man technique) You simply get a bear to join a warring gang (many were stupid enough to click so quickly the would not see the warning, also this works because the ôGang member Dodgyö message is not as noticeable as ôJoin Warring Gangö ) I killed maybe 20 faction battleships this way before the day I met Lofty. Lofty convoed my baiter toon to try and kill me using his method (Unknown method to me at the time) As I was suspicious, Instead of warping in my kitted bait CNR I warped in a buzzard to feel out what was going on. A friendship was born. At this point I had made 30 Billion or so and I had never frapsed a kill. I had no intention of ever making a movie. A few of my close friends knew what I was doing and kept pushing me to FRAPS! FRAPS! FRAP! so I started. At first I just wanted enough isk for a mothership, then when I hit that marker, a titan. Then one day I realizedà WTF I have 120GB of fraps. That was the moment I realized there was no turning back, one day I was going to have to make a movie. Like it or not, I had achieved something epic in EvE and I thought it would be nice to share it with the community in the form of this video. I set my sights on 100 Faction battleship killmails as a target number to quit bear killing and make a movie, and here we are. Someone tried a scam like this on me in Jita one time. Fortunately I spotted the trap before they could lock me down completely and warped back to the safety of a station. Now being aware that such a thing happens, I don't fleet up with anyone I don't trust 100 percent. Without name calling, I would like to add another coin in the anti-griefing hat. When it happens to me, it's not fun. But watching the video and reading the forum posts, it's apparent that this is the same kind of fun as slap-stick, watching other people suffer. However, in this case, the victims invested months of game play and then had their investment wiped out by a scammer. Grats for the perseverance to see this mission through. Pray you don't cross someone who can afford enough muscle to grief you indefinitely. :-) P.S. for those who really hate this pilot and his alts enough to hate mail him, why not consider him a "villain" and treat him accordingly. The way I see it: Vasili is destroying peoples' time, effort and enjoyment in this game. His motivation does not seem to be fun, but more to achieve a goal, which I am sure he derived some satisfaction from. At the moment I am a care bear and fairly new to the game. I was unaware of this method of avoiding NPC retribution. I believe I cannot commit enough time to the game to really enjoy PvP, but things may change. Now, for the people he is targeting, their ship really is their character, it is all they have worked for. I think these care bears have neglected some key rules of Eve; these rules are what you PvPers love about Eve. Vasili is causing these people a lot of misery and distress, but I think that this misery really is consensual, by the very fact that they are playing Eve. These care bears and a lot of the outraged people posting here do not understand this. They operate under the misconception that high sec space is safe. Now, I find it interesting that Vasili is unconcerned that his actions are spoiling peoples fun. I think this says something about his personal character, but I certainly would not call him anything as strong as a bastard in a polite discussion. I think this video proves that a lot of care bears are playing the wrong game and suffer greatly for it. It comes down to a discrepancy in expectations. A finial note in regard to whether this is an exploit or not. I am not CCP, so my opinion really makes no practical difference. However, this tactic only works if people are not playing smart. There are many tactics in this game that work under the same principal. I'm a Carebear & I think some folks fail to remember it's a game. It's really not that important, if losing my faction fitted CNR was the most of my worries I'd be a very happy man, real life brings concerns you can't just walk away from. What went on is a pretty impressive feat, more so for the fact that it was done in such an underhand manner. You set a goal & achieved it, I gotta admire that but don't respect it. I think more concerning is the fun pics, why anyone would write their characters name on womens ass is beyond me, there definately seems a lack of respect for other people going on there, but some folks found it funny, each to their own. Enjoyed seeing the vid however, just for the sheer scale of destruction & isk making, wee bit too fast paced at times but you explained the reason for that. Anyway, thanks for sharing, at worst it maybe caused folks to leave the game, at best it serves a warning to others even if they don't bother to read the cans under their noses.

This is one of the many reasons I play EvE, as I like the idea the universe is full of parasites that are out to get me, and it is. And just because one acts as an a55hole in a game, doesn't mean they are the same in real life. Although the evidence does go against one :)

Once a neutral joined the fleet with his alt he was allowed to shoot it as well. Thus, all he had to do was trick/convince people into joining gang with him, then pew pew :)
